Until the end of this section, it explains the principle of curing both external and internal diseases. The so-called "caused by sudden factors such as weapons" refers to those caused by strikes from swords and other weapons, as well as diseases caused by sentient and non-sentient beings. The so-called "caused by the cause of manifest actions" refers to diseases caused by the fierce actions of enemies who are skilled in mantras, and these are all external causes. The so-called "caused by the cause of imbalance in elements, impurities, and unsuitable food are internal causes" means that the faults of the elements are caused by wind, bile, phlegm, and their combination. Impurities refer to tumors and other conditions caused by the accumulation of impurities. Unsuitable food refers to too little or too much, with too little leading to emaciation and other diseases, and too much leading to indigestion and other conditions, all of which are internal causes. To destroy these diseases, first visualize the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Seed Syllable) at the navel of the patient, completely transforming into Vajra Yaksha, whose fangs are extremely sharp, standing with the right leg extended, making the wrathful mudra and holding a vajra. Then, visualize the diseases arising from the syllable Kaṃ (藏文:ཀཾ,梵文天城体:kam,梵文罗马拟音:kaṃ,汉语字面意思:Seed Syllable), emanating from the heart of the one to be subdued in any form, appearing from the mouth, and in front of them, Vajra Yaksha strikes with the vajra, smashing them into powder. Then, visualize the flames from the burning vajra and other fire in your hand burning them to ashes. At this time, the diseases can be destroyed. After that, visualize the light of the wisdom heroes transforming into the forms of Vairocana Buddha and Buddhalocana and other assemblies, and empower them with the stream of bodhicitta arising from samadhi. Then, visualize the light merging into the body of the one to be subdued from the light rays, like oil merging into oil. At this time, due to the blessings of all the Tathagatas, the one to be subdued will become like a vajra body, as it is said. Abiding in the completion stage. (From) "named" to "spoken by Vajrasattva," it refers to the faculties, aggregates, elements, and sources disturbed by external and internal diseases, visualizing them in front, and the mind of the yogi with Vajradhara and other deities.

Meditating on the clear light attained through perfect purity, visualizing from the mandalas on the right and left sides, two left sides, and slowly, faintly flowing collections of red and other rays of light, reciting nine hundred and nine hundred times in each mandala, reciting twenty-one thousand times during the day and night, and then reciting six hundred times, if one holds the bindu of light at the tip of the nose, then at that time the patient's illness will be cured. As it is said: The meaning of "Ya," anything is possible. To achieve accomplishment, this should be done. The three, Ra, etc., enter to benefit beings. In each of the mandalas of fire, wind, great powerful one, and water, in half and half of the time, the activity will be done twice. So it is said. This is liberation from illness through the order of Vajra recitation. Similarly, from the clear light, suddenly emanate the wisdom body or the Vajra body, emanate wheels of light from every pore, and with the light of the form of the Tathagata, make the patient's body free from illness, and contemplate merging into it. At that time, what is to be accomplished will be free from illness. This shows that through blessing oneself and union, one will be free from illness. Thus, the practitioner who possesses the practice of the completion stage is able to destroy the illnesses of others. As it is said, from "Thus" to "accomplishment," the phenomena like the illusion of Vajradhara, the lord of all Tathagatas, like a dream, appearing separately through the gateway of dreams, are merely its essence, and the delusion of permanence and annihilation exists. So it is said. There are two kinds of practitioners, namely those who are complete and those who are incomplete. In terms of the difference between having signs and not having signs, it is seeing dreams through the cause of having concepts and not having concepts. The two ways are related to that kind of result. From "In that" to "manifest," it is said that by obtaining clear light in the order of complete purification of the mind, the wisdom body arising from that, and similarly entering the clear light in the order of manifest enlightenment, with the Vajra body, worldly beings such as Indra, Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.
