Having taken it out, perform the empowerment, and transform it into the form of Amitabha. If a protective wheel inscribed with mantras is tied to his arm, then wealth and grains, etc., will increase. From the words "then" and so on, it shows entering into the samadhi of empowerment. The meaning of the mantra, such as Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), is easy to understand. Because it performs the activities of all Buddhas, all Buddhas have accomplished meaningful goals. The so-called "those who are particularly devoted to this" refers to pursuing the siddhi of meaningful accomplishment. The so-called "feeling satisfied" refers to the inner self feeling very joyful upon hearing the mantra and its power. The so-called "chief person" refers to the householders of Brahmins, Kshatriyas, Vaishyas, and Shudras. The so-called "hard-hearted ones" refers to robbers and the like who are difficult to subdue. The so-called "kings" refers to the lords of the land. For these people and all other "ordinary people," it refers to fortune tellers, cooks, and those of high caste. The so-called "in all ways" refers to body, speech, and mind. The so-called "like a servant" refers to like a subject. The so-called "becoming in control" means that the practitioner can be looked up to and can also be obeyed. To show this, everything becomes under the control of the practitioner, so the object to be subdued mentioned earlier also becomes under control. The so-called "unwavering" means there is nothing else to do. Precisely because of this, being controlled by others means relying on the yogi, which is what this dharani can do. Here, the application refers to the practitioner who is in accordance with Tara Yoga, having recited this mantra one hundred thousand times through previous practice, and touching the eyes with water that has been manifestly recited, then the person seen and the thing seen will be controlled. Similarly, for those who wish to travel on the road, reciting seven times on the edge of the garment and tying it, just seeing it will make the sound unwavering. Other applications should also follow the tantra from which glorious Tara appears. The so-called "collection of white rays" refers to the connection with Vairochana. Since there is no distinction between caste and those with caste, the samadhi is also called that. Since there is no distinction between Yama, the lord of death, who is indivisible like a vajra, it is also like that.

The mantra is also called that. Starting with "Nama," first remember the body vajra and so on, because all wrathful deities arise from this. Therefore, the time of reciting the mantra is the time of reciting the mantras of all wrathful deities. Starting with "Om," explaining the meaning of the mantra is easy to understand. Here, if the Bhagavan is three-faced and six-armed, then accepting four-faced and four-armed, more or less, is due to the difference in faith. Precisely because of this, if the Bhagavan is two-legged, it is also shown as six-legged, because the six-faced, six-armed, and six-legged are mentioned in other tantras. That is also said due to the difference in the wishes of the beings to be tamed. Maha Vighnan is Yama. Akarsaya, this shows the power of the mantra in summoning. Starting from "Then," it shows that the worldly guardians such as Indra are frightened by hearing the mantra, and they remember the great Vajradhara. Starting with "With the union of Vairochana," it shows this: If a yogi wants to clearly summon a desired man or woman, he takes a skull that has not lost its corpse state, draws his image on it with safflower juice blessed by the mantra, and then writes "So-and-so Akarsaya" on the heart of those images, and on the sun mandala arising from Ram (藏文:རཾ,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:Fire), he steps on them with his left foot marked with various vajras arising from Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Seed Syllable), and strikes the heart with the iron hook itself, so that he can summon helpless women and men who are under the control of others. Seven days, this shows the determination of time. The necessity is that if a practitioner who has previously done the approach and made a commitment, if he learns this seven-day union, then at that time he will be able to summon the men or women mentioned earlier, this is the concluding remark. Starting from "Then," it shows entering into the samadhi of the amrita swirling of the Amoghasiddhi family. The wrathful deity of the nature of the mantra arising from that, because the amrita swirling is of the Amoghasiddhi family.
