Meditate on the four mandalas of the earth. In those, visualize the three letters and recite them in the order of entering into them. Radiate red light, etc., moving to the right, left, both, and slowly and weakly. Hold it at the tip of the nose for half a period, then gather it again. At that time, without effort, one should do calming, etc., as taught. The phrase "from the Explanatory Tantra" means from the Prophecy of Intentions. The phrase "the time of the inner essence" refers to the latter. The great secret is the generation stage. More secret than that is the completion stage. The extremely subtle is to be realized through the direct perception of yoga. The blessing of bodhicitta means that the essence of bodhicitta is blessed by the great Vajradhara. Because it is the nature of clear light, it is wisdom. Likewise, through this sequence, sentient beings will be liberated and mantras will be accomplished, because of fully knowing the nature. Likewise, in activities such as pacifying, that itself is the realm of mind, with the characteristic of subtle yoga, burning all thoughts, hence pacifying. What is to be grasped is what should be relied upon. The generation stage is not to be grasped, because it is with elaboration. To show an example, flowers, etc., are mentioned. Just as a flower is fragrant, but its fragrance is perceived from the flower container, etc., or sesame, etc., so even if that nature is not manifest, it dwells in the hearts of each sentient being. Even without explicit meditation, one recites the king of mantras that one does not know, as it is said. The division of time should be explained: day and night have a measure of sixty-four hours, and there are eight periods: four during the day and four during the night. In that, eight hours is one period. Half of that is four hours. Half of that is two hours. Therefore, the meaning is this: two hours each during the day and two hours each during the night. At the tip of the nose, holding the bindu within the eight periods, one will attain the single-pointedness of mind that is the nature of realizing clear light. The order, called the right one

And so on, by way of distinction. The order is as follows: the distinction of the fire mandala and so on, by the color differences of red and so on. In order to show that itself. Fire and so on are briefly shown. What is called the water mandala and so on is explained in detail, which is easy to understand. The owner of those is the lord, the nature of joy and gathering. Plague and so on, near and peaceful and so on, means that all diseases arising from the forms of wind and bile and so on are pacified. Because it makes it peaceful, it means to subdue it. Because it becomes superior, it means to become the superior of subduing diseases. Practitioners are yogis, because they desire the accomplishment of all Tathagatas. Because it is what is taken by those, it is taken by the mind in order to do the meaning of sentient beings. From equal arising, because the body and so on are mutually inseparable. Giving teachings means speaking. Om and so on means up to Svaha. Because of secret speech, it is a mantra. Transformation means having a head and a tail. Vajra crown and so on are shown as valid measure. The beginning and so on, decorated with Om and Svaha at the beginning and end, transform for the sake of peace. The name of the mantra, this shows the expression of the mantras. The meaning of the mantra is what it expresses. For example, it is a conjunction of words, for the sake of showing the mantra. Among them, the letter A is Akshobhya Buddha. O is Amitabha. Ma is the great Vairocana, the sound that follows him. Thus, the nature of the three letters of the heart vajra and so on is the letter Om. Accumulating merit means realizing auspiciousness. The rest is well explained by the commentator, so it is not said here. Here and so on, refers to the fact that at the time of recitation, the color of the letters of the mantra is white, and at the time of offering, whatever the flowers and so on are, they should also be thought of as white, which is shown in this way. With this dharani.
