The term "Tathāgatas" refers to fully understanding and giving. The term "light" refers to gladdening through the combination of rays of light. To indicate this, "any precious thing" and so forth are mentioned. The meaning is that just as focusing on the bodies of Vairocana and others, which possess colors such as white, and thereby accomplishing peace and so forth, similarly, focusing on similar colors will also enable the summoning of precious jewels. Like this and so forth, in order to initiate the wheel of command, the activities of a yogi should be explained in advance. The phrase "Tathāgatas summoning substances" refers to summoning the wealth of miserly individuals. The three vajras are a brief indication. The phrase "body" and so forth is a detailed explanation. Like this, even "pores" and so forth are explained. These are also easy to understand. To indicate the benefit, the phrase "for the sake of inexhaustibility" refers to offering to a good vessel. It is said in the scripture: "Whoever offers to the Buddha, their perfect enjoyment will not be exhausted." The phrase "especially the jewel that greatly increases the desires that appear in the mind" refers to what is in the house of a Chakravartin. Similar to this means the same as this, and it also destroys the suffering of poverty for others. Then, giving to others with thought and faith is reasonable to be related to its result, because it is said in the scripture: "Giving should be done with faith." If, for the wealth of miserly people who have not generated a mind of faith, it is seized by force, and there is no connection with its result, then what is the use of saying inexhaustible? Because all actions, whether virtuous or non-virtuous, are related to the actions of the mind, they will be connected with results. Even if there are expressions of body and speech, if they are not manifested, they will become meaningless. It is said in the scripture: "All recitations and ascetic practices, even if done for a long time, if done with the mind of another, the wise say that is meaningless." Not only do miserly people not have a mind of generosity, but they also generate anger and so forth, because they see wealth being taken away. For those who generate a mind of slander...

The one who arises is the Bodhisattva. Slandering a Bodhisattva with one's mind will cause one to be born in hell. Thus, for the benefactor, the son of the Buddhas, whoever slanders with their own mind, those slanderers will, like the number of dust motes, reside in hell for eons, as the Protector said. If someone's mind is filled with faith, the fruit of that will be even greater. Why is it that great power can cause sins to naturally turn into virtue in the presence of the sons of the Buddhas? Thus it is said. Therefore, if one says "it will not be exhausted," it is unreasonable. The reply is: Here, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, does nothing other than benefiting others, and benefiting others is always preceded by the manifestation of great compassion. As it is said: The arising of the mind is for the sake of others, desiring perfect and complete enlightenment, in brief and in detail, how should the sutra be explained? Thus it is said. Therefore, the Bodhisattva who possesses great compassion, manifesting the ripening of a miser as the form of a hot preta, and from there arising a mind of renunciation. If one were to seize their wealth through the power of mantra and mudra, at that time their vows would not be broken, because they possess a special intention. The owners of wealth, if they give their wealth into the hands of a pure vessel, will also obtain fruit. As it is said: Burned by fire or carried away by water, or seized by kings, if one's wealth is given away, in the next life it will increase sixfold. Thus it is said, being taken by a fool is also possessing the fruit of wealth. If it goes into the hands of a Bodhisattva who is free from faults such as desire, how could it not possess fruit? Saying that a miser has no thought, to that also one should reply: A miser, even if the Dharma is preached to them, will not generate a mind of giving even after thousands of eons. Because the mind of giving has not arisen, the ripening result is difficult to obtain. Compared to the suffering of a preta experiencing suffering for thousands of eons, the suffering of having wealth stolen in an instant is nothing. As it is said: If one cuts off the hand of someone about to be killed, and then gives it away, why is it not acceptable? The mother's
