In order to subdue (them), until (the following sentence), (it means) residing on islands and other places, the Rakshasa women with hooked nails and the female demons such as robbers, and any of the wrathful kings such as the holy Yama Dharmaraja, are summoned through contemplation. Incense is burned with human bone ashes, lamps are lit with pure sesame oil, and blood offerings and foot washing water are offered to please them. By contemplating the various vajras placed on the crown of the head, they are made immovable. By practicing the asceticism of wisdom, until the accomplishment of the great mudra is attained, one should practice in this way, so it is taught. Regarding Shaspa and others, (the scripture says) it is also the same oath, meaning the flesh-eating woman, the Yaksha woman, the non-human woman, the spirit woman, the hungry ghost woman, the accomplished vase woman, etc., these rituals are to know these practices. These are proclaimed in the Vajra Lower Tantra, the Vajra Dakini, and the Subduing Spirits Tantra, and should be understood from there. From "Vajra Dakini" to "oath," it is the Vajra Dakinis such as Gauri mentioned in the Auspicious Buddha All Equal Union Tantra, who are summoned with the nature of the form of the Auspicious Heruka, and five amritas and five iron hooks are offered, making them and oneself satisfied, and entering into equality with them. Therefore, with non-elaborate conduct, one should abide there until the accomplishment of the great mudra is attained. By manifesting supernatural powers through blood sacrifices and other actions that harm the Three Jewels, one should attain the state of immovability, so it is taught. The Vajra Dakinis are for cutting off the wicked. (The scripture says) "Like that" to "also say that," meaning that just as the Bhagavan Great Vajradhara is accomplished from the beginning, similarly, the Brahma and other lords of the three realms, who are the nature of his manifested body, possessing great supernatural powers, are also accomplished from the beginning. Therefore, in order to gather sentient beings, the assembled yogis should practice these vows, just as sentient beings are, by nature, objects to be subdued, so treat sentient beings in that way. With attachment, etc.

How to do it? Thus it is said. In the vows of such conduct, it is said: meaningless, not meritorious. Therefore, Brahma and others are emanations of Vajrasattva, so they should not be slandered, in order to establish it here with valid cognition. Here also it is said, "Any other opponent," etc. Other opponents are the Samkhya, the worthy of offering, the logician, the Vaisheshika, the Lokayata, the skeptic, etc. Because they have incompatible views, they are also outsiders, and they slander the teachings of the Tathagata, so they are also opponents, that is, other opponents. In terms of the difference of signs, it is the difference of ascetics, that is, the color of the hair and the top of the head, the three dots, the staff, wearing Dharma robes, smearing with ashes, holding for offering, wearing square clothes, etc. Those who abide by their differences are the heretics who discern and contemplate. They should not be despised here, that is, they should not be slandered. Why? Vajrasattva is the glorious great Vajradhara. Emanation means that it is his manifestation. Therefore, in the Guhyagarbha Tantra, the Bhagavan abides in the wheel of various manifestations, and his retinue outside the iron fence should please all the guardians of the directions, such as Indra, because Vajrasattva pervades everything. Pervading is also because it is the nature of suchness that is contained in all dharmas. As it is said: All yogas are the Bhagavan, Vajrasattva is the Tathagata, all three realms are without remainder, all of them are his enjoyment. Now, from "now" to "thus declared," the yogi of the completion stage commits the three actions of the body, such as killing, the four actions of speech, such as lying, and the three actions of the mind, such as greed. All light should be known as the nature of emptiness, and at that time liberation will be attained. Because in the ultimate sense there are no sentient beings and they are not found, how can they be killed? Thus it can also be applied to others. If

Accompanied by afflictions such as greed, practicing the path of non-virtuous actions leads to falling into the lower realms, while the opposite leads to rebirth in the higher realms. By abiding in the samadhi of non-conceptualization, and distinguishing all good and non-good as the nature of ultimate reality, one will be liberated from it. As it is said: Sentient beings have also been described, and the gods also possess results. If one fully knows its nature, then the unborn will also be revealed. Thus it is said. Also in the 'Differentiation': If one performs virtuous deeds such as generosity, then one will be honored in the heavenly realms and other places. If one commits the five inexpiable sins and others, then one will be tormented in hell. Limitless thousands of lifetimes, having been obtained, become obscured. This is the ripening of past karma, and due to ignorance, one becomes so sorrowful. Thus it is said. If it is not like that, if those who possess the conduct of the completion stage, do they do those (evil deeds) or not? If they do, then at that time there is no contradiction. If they do not do, then how is the samaya at that time? Answer: The yogi who has faith in the ultimate truth, all good
