That which purifies duality is called the fifth stage. In order to show its distinction, the five rays of light arise from the mantra body of the Tathagata. "Generating them" means adorned by the five rays of light of the nature of the five Tathagatas. "Samadhi like a vajra" means that it is realized in the land of all-pervading light. "Ultimate truth" refers to the clear light shown from the second and fourth stages. "Combined with it" means related to the clear light, that is, born from it. "To be learned" means to be accustomed to. This refers to the previously explained stages of meditation. "It is the teaching of the stage of union" means that the stage of union is explained in detail. "Explained with intention" means that the meaning of the suchness of the fifth stage is shown by the combination of contradictory words. Now, etc., for the yogis of the second stage, the practice of the three subtle yogas described in the third chapter should also be shown, and the brief explanation is for the purpose of explaining in detail. Among them, for those who are greedy, hateful, and ignorant, relying on the perfection stage, subtle yoga is performed in three ways, and for the contemplative yogi who has only one aspect, it is also called "one." "Consciousness accompanied by wind" means that wind and consciousness enter like a horse and a rider. The bindu that arises from their mixture is connected with wind and consciousness. "After showing the perfection stage" means after showing the perfection stage of the nature of the five stages. "Two accumulations" refers to the two accumulations of merit and wisdom. Among them, the five perfections such as generosity are the accumulation of merit, and the perfection of wisdom of emptiness is the accumulation of wisdom, and corresponds to it. "Becoming Vajradhara" means holding the five-pronged vajra. "The meaning of the letters" means only showing the mudra. "The five wisdoms such as the mirror" refers to the stages of the path of seeing and the path of cultivation.
