That which has the power to do. In order to draw the mandala, the disciple should supplicate two or three times. Thus it is said. The term "mandala" and so forth, because it possesses many perfect qualities, should be explained. The mandala with mind as the main focus is a karmadharaya compound that omits the intermediate words. It means that Immovable Vajra is the main deity. Precisely because of this, it is said that the Vajra family is the main one, meaning that only the mind family is the Vajra family. Mind is the main thing, because without it, body and speech cannot exist. The mind can attain enlightenment, and the mind can cause beings to transmigrate through the five realms. Apart from the mind, there is not even a little bit of the nature of happiness and suffering. Thus it is said. Therefore, it is said that this is what is taught first, because the mind is the first object to be focused on. The term "immovable" means that the mind is the nature of the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu. Like that, and so forth, just as the four maras and others cannot shake the mind of the Bhagavan who has entered into samadhi like a vajra, so too, this mandala cannot be shaken, because it is its support and its essence. The dependent dharma is also seen in the support, like the sun's rays illuminating the sky. The term "essence, that is, secret" means that having abandoned the ordinary nature of body and so forth, through the door of the three samadhis, whatever appears as the nature of Vairochana and so forth is the secret essence. Because it takes that, it is a mandala. Because it is the basis of the deities of the body, speech, and mind families, it is the mandala of body, speech, and mind, as it is taught, and it is not merely the mandala of inquiry. The term "correctly" means that it should be explained according to the order of the mandala ritual. The term "body, speech, and mind are equally placed" means that the Vajra Master correctly holds his own body and so forth. In this, when the Vajra Master draws the mandala, the mind should focus on his own yidam deity.

One enters into meditation, and the mouth also strives to recite mantras, and the body also engages in the activities of circumambulating the mandala by drawing it, applying lines, and turning to the right. The so-called "Acharya who sees the ritual of action" refers to someone who draws many mandalas and gains fame through them; that is the Acharya who sees the ritual of action. When one becomes a Vajra Acharya who knows the ten suchnesses and is proficient in all kinds of crafts, then one becomes a vessel for drawing mandalas and so on. It is said, "The ten suchnesses are completely known, and one is skilled in drawing mandalas." Mandala and samadhi, mudra, mantra and action, posture, recitation, giving, fire offering, mudra mantra and summarizing into definite commonality, these ten suchnesses come from the principle of mantra. The so-called "division" means that the lines should also be divided by one hundred and eight parts, and divided by the order of small parts and so on. The so-called "mandala showing the thread" means that the distinction between the outer and inner mandalas is divided, and the thread is used to clarify it. The so-called "not used in other places" means that the size of six cubits is not used to draw lines on other mandalas. The so-called "correctly wrapped" means to wrap it firmly so that it will not break. Otherwise, it will become a great fault, because it is said that "if the thread breaks, the lama will die." The so-called "twenty-five of the mandala" refers to twenty-four cubits, or six cubits. This should also be understood from the shape of the mandala in each direction or in all directions. In this way, the lines of the four corners can be drawn well. The so-called "five colors" refers to using thread with five colors in order as it is. It is said that this is spoken by the nature of the five Tathagatas. The thread that is in accordance with drawing the mandala has been shown. The so-called "neither very thin nor thick" means like a hair. If the thread is thick, the lines will be thick, and if it is thin, the lines will be thin. It is said that "if it is thick, illness will occur, and if it is thin, wealth will be destroyed."

Therefore. Such a thread means that it has the characteristics of a thread. Saying that the entire mandala is shown is the collector, which is the remainder of the sentence. Twelve cubits means that each direction is, manifestation and the arising of manifestation, and the near attainment of manifestation, and the mind of clear light nature, each or small or medium or large difference, because it is twelve kinds of aspects. Because the nature of the wisdom of manifestation and so on is the Bhagavan Akshobhya. Because it has four corners, it is Samantabhadra. Having four doors such as the east, means having the meaning of four doors such as the east with horse heads, bells, banners and pearl garlands, whisks and nets, half nets, etc. Actually, it is the outer mandala, which means that the inner mandala does not have four cubits, etc. Wheel, that is, the inner mandala, means that this mandala is the second layer. The meaning of the inner circle and the outer square. In order to show that, it should be drawn like a complete circle from all aspects, which refers to the inner mandala itself. The ritual is the twenty rituals of purifying the ground, etc., which refers to the ritual of the holy Nagarjuna showing the twenty aspects of purifying the ground, etc. Now, in order to allow sentient beings to enter, the ritual of the practice mandala will be explained, requesting the Acharya two or three times. The secret nectar is a supreme vessel. Have uprightness and faith. Disciples who desire liberation. Followers of the auspicious assembly. I combine this with Bodhi. Like that, the guru grasps those. With compassion and heart. The Vajra Acharya is proficient in the principles of the Mahayana, has the idea of saving all sentient beings, and has the power of faith and hearing, etc. Having understood the clear light of the nature of all dharmas, all the actions of the realm have been made immaculate, universally reaching the Dharmadhatu of each dharma.
