By virtue of goodness, it is good. By its very nature, it is free from existence. Supreme bodhisattva of pure essence. It accomplishes the supreme of existence. By saying this, one should liberate oneself from it. The happiness of existence is very small. In order to purify great suffering. The supreme method of great happiness. This samaya is always generated. All desirable enjoyments. While enjoying whatever one desires. By the union of one's own deity. Make offerings to oneself and others. As long as one remains in the realm of samsara. The wise one has transformed into the supreme state. Until then, the benefit of beings is never forgotten. Nirvana is able to accomplish it. The method of the perfection of wisdom. Accomplishing merit and blessings. By accomplishing all siddhis and powers. It stabilizes the benefit of sentient beings. Manifestation of the mudra is explained. For the sake of stabilizing the mind's body. Whoever stabilizes all bodies. Therefore, the mudra is manifested. This is the samaya. Having given the three samayas in this way. oṃ vajrādhipatiḥ stvaṃ abhiṣiñcāmi vajra mā mām abhiṣe kata By saying, "O glorious so-and-so vajra," adding the word "glory" is the empowerment of the name. This is the one of all the Buddhas. It resides in the hand of Vajrasattva. The conduct of Vajrapani is firm. You too should always hold it. oṃ sarva tathāgata siddhi vajra samaya eṣa stvaṃ dhara yāmi hi hi hi hi hi hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:ॐ सर्व तथागत सिद्धि वज्र समय एष स्त्वं धर यामि हि हि हि हि हि हुं,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ sarva tathāgata siddhi vajra samaya eṣa stvaṃ dhara yāmi hi hi hi hi hi hūṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡,一切如来,成就,金刚,誓言,此,你,持,我,嘿,嘿,嘿,嘿,嘿,吽) By reciting this, the disciple is allowed to hold it. Offerings and placements are made with flowers and so on. This is the empowerment of the outer mandala, summarized as the vase empowerment. The vase empowerment is the first. The secret empowerment is the second. Wisdom and knowledge are the third. As it is said in the eighteenth chapter. Then, in a place suitable for people, one should learn mantras and tantras well. That very one with a beautiful face and wide eyes. Engaging in intelligence, striving to keep the samaya. Endowed with all the means of happiness, the disciple should offer a daughter of his own lineage to the vajra master. Then, to the lama who resides on the left side, together with that one. Offerings of hooks and lamps, incense and garlands, and so on. Vast outer resources. Unsurpassed.

Offering properly with offerings such as and so forth, kneeling the right knee on the ground, then joining the palms, supplicating the great master: Through the kindness of your feet, I know the unsurpassed deed. Now, with the precious empowerment, please, protector, take me into your care. Just as the great bliss protector shows the pure suchness to the glorious Vajra Dharma holder, please, protector, grant me also the same. The place where all sufferings arise, please, chief, deliver me from hell. In order to definitely cut off all sufferings, please look with compassion upon the unprotected. Having abandoned your lotus feet, chief, I have no other refuge. Therefore, please, supreme Buddha, hero of beings, great sage, bestow your kindness. Having heard the excellent words of the one skilled in supplication, having generated compassion for the disciple, the guru, glorious ocean of qualities, his face becoming extremely joyful, with love and delight, the secret action is the most secret, causing him to hear that supreme samaya. You should kill living beings, you should also take what is not given. You should attend to another's wife, and you should also speak false words. This is the supreme mind's discipline, good son, you should protect it. Excrement and urine, and meat and blood, and the five that arise from the mind, the meat of dogs, humans, elephants, cows, and horses, with purification and other rituals, you should always eat. This is a wondrous great samaya. Then, in the mandala described earlier, or in all the wheels of deities fully examined through meditation, the Vajra Master residing within, with the pride of the great Vajradhara, places the five amrita pills on the lotus of his own consort. As is the oral instruction, he enters into equipoise for the sake of the true empowerment, extracts his own chosen deity, and that one does the benefit of beings. Inviting that one and absorbing him into his own body, transforming into his form, he also visualizes the disciple as being of that nature, blessing the aggregates and so forth, visualizing himself together with his consort. He visualizes that the assembly of light ray hooks arising from the pores of his own body pervades the entirety of space without exception, gathering all the Tathagatas, into his own body, speech, and mind.
