Moreover, the third transformation also belongs to the yogi of the Completion Stage. In brief, the meaning is: In the aspect of the general meaning, the yogi of the Generation Stage practices subtle yoga; in the aspect of the hidden and ultimate explanation, and in the aspect of the definitive meaning explained below, the yogi of the Completion Stage also practices subtle yoga. Thus, the practice of the three kinds of subtle yoga is shown to the yogis of the Generation Stage and the Completion Stage, which is distinguished by the types of yogis with attachment, hatred, and ignorance. To explain the first of these, "vajra and other hand symbols" and so on, refers to vajra, wheel, wish-fulfilling jewel, lotus, and sword, etc. "As precious as a jewel" means that it can simultaneously fulfill all the wishes of sentient beings dwelling in the boundless realms of the world. "Born from the lineage" refers to the cause of manifestation of the Tathagatas and others related to the five lineages, that is, the particularity of the bindu. "That is only the size of a mustard seed" means that it is also the size of a seed such as barley or chickpea. "At the tip of the nose" refers to the place where the Dharma of the Vajra Mother arises. "With the yoga of one's own deity" refers to the form of the Great Seal and so on of deities such as Vairochana. "Day and night" means that the mind becomes one-pointed at any time. "When the signs are seen" and so on, refers to when the practice of bindu becomes stable, such signs will appear to the yogi: In the bindu, it is separated from the pride of all three realms and the discriminating thoughts of external sentient beings, the dharmas of mind and mental factors do not arise, one cannot hear the sounds nearby, and one cannot feel one's own body, and so on. At that time, "vajra and so on" refers to one's own hand symbols practiced by yogis such as the Mind Vajra. "Knowing that it is immovable through practice" refers to the characteristic of the object of practice and the practitioner becoming one.

Having recognized it as the nature of emptiness. In order to generate mastery in meditation, it means that in order to perfect the meditation on bindu as stable or unstable. One should unfold, meaning that one should unfold the rays of light and so on that will be explained. Not unfolding while learning meditation means that if that is not completed at the time of meditation, how can there be unfolding? Therefore, saying that one is learning indicates the occasion of what is happening now. The rays of light and hand symbols of the five colors, such as the vajra, are revealed. The form of the Great Seal is also that the Tathagatas, goddesses, bodhisattvas, and wrathful deities should also be unfolded for the benefit of sentient beings. Having colors such as white means being adorned with light that is in accordance with one's own lineage. The assembly of Buddhas means the assembly of Tathagatas. By means of the wheel and so on, their hand symbols are shown. By means of approximate symbols and so on, it is shown that bodhisattvas, goddesses, and wrathful deities who are the nature of the emanation body should also be unfolded. One should unfold and cover the sky, and for the benefit of beings, one should cover the realm of space with the clouds mentioned earlier. The general meaning is that one aspect of the generation stage is the first branch of the supreme conqueror of action, because it is subtle yoga. Therefore, the summarized meaning is this: The yogi, at the end of the meditation of the supreme mandala lord, in the meditation of the wrathful vajra, in the dharma-arising mudra of the touchable vajra mother embracing oneself, on top of the mandala of various lotuses and moon discs, together with the mandala beings, meditates on oneself as the lord of the mandala. After entering equally into method and wisdom, one invites and integrates all the Tathagatas with the sacred sound of attachment. Having melted them with the fire of wisdom of the nature of great desire, one visualizes them as the form of a bindu, that bindu is only the size of a mustard seed.

Within, visualize the mandala wheel of the thirty-two deities all at once. Then, at the hearts of those deities, meditate on the Wisdom Beings and the Samadhi Beings. Furthermore, within the drop of the seed-syllable of the Wisdom Being, visualize the wheel of the mandala of the self-nature of the thirty-two deities, or the great mandala of the five secrets. Abandoning the conceptualizations of both sentient beings and the environment, in order to gain mastery over meditation by not grasping sounds and so forth that are nearby, first emanate a wheel of five-colored rays of light, and by this purify the realms of sentient beings, then gather it back in and dissolve it into that very spot. After that, emanate vajras and so forth that are in accordance with your own family and are vajra-like, pervading the expanse of space, and by the collection of rays of light that arise from that, accomplish the benefit of all beings without exception. Again, gather it back in and cause it to dissolve into that very spot. After that, also emanate the great mudra bodies of the five Tathagatas, such as Vairochana, and perform the activity of benefiting beings. This is the sequence for a great Vajradhara yogi to meditate on subtle yoga. The Body Vajra yogi, within the dharma-source of Buddhalochana, meditates on a wheel-symbol the size of a mustard seed, and at its center, as before, visualizes oneself. Having seen the sign of stability, by emanating and gathering in, the Body Vajra family performs the benefit of beings. This is the sequence for a Body Vajra yogi to meditate on subtle yoga. Likewise, the Speech Vajra yogi, within the dharma-source of Pandaravasini, visualizes a red lotus the size of a chickpea, and at its center, as before, visualizes oneself. Having seen the sign of stability, one should emanate and gather in the deity retinue of Speech Vajra. This is the sequence for a yogi of the Speech Vajra family to meditate on subtle yoga. The yogi of Ratnasambhava, within the dharma-source of Mamaki, visualizes a six-pointed jewel, yellow in color and the size of a chickpea, and at its two shanks, as before, visualizes oneself. Having seen the sign of stability, emanate and gather in the deities of the Ratna family. This is the subtle
