Ro! Life is the substance of liberation. Children repeatedly, What and what should be meditated on? By the power of habituation, through practice, That and that appear in front. Even if covered with clothes, Without habituation, the limbs are harmed. The group of snow mountains is fierce, But it does not harm the eyes, it's very wonderful. By the power of habituation and taming, The leather is kneaded by hand, The smell of the shoemaker is not pleasant, Nor will it cause harm. Initially, sentient beings, If they eat poison, they will die, But that, through the practice of habituation, Eventually becomes a nourishing substance. If these elements, In the nature of consciousness are not constant, Actions such as hands and feet, How do they act on other things? From the blood and semen of parents, How do the head, hands, etc., form? From the seed, branches are born, How do fields grow? Sound comes from the mouth, How does the sound of pottery drums arise? Each of those causes, Is seen to be without inherent existence. Birds fly in the sky, And see things in the dark, Animals like mice in houses, Fish see things in the sea, etc. The eyes of snakes can, Hear and see. Likewise, many in samsara, Seem to contradict each other. Places and shapes unseen, By the power of habituation, hearing sounds, If there are no realized wisdom beings, How can arrows hit the target? Speech also, because of non-habituation, How can it come out of the mouth? If the stream of consciousness is as usual, Then it will not flow extremely. The mountain ranges stand tall, The great ocean is vast and boundless, Dust gathers extremely fine particles, Who is the actor who does this? To attract things like iron, Stones like magnets and, Mantras (藏文:སྔགས།,梵文天城体:मंत्र,梵文罗马拟音:mantra,汉语字面意思:真言) and medicines, Whose power is created? Therefore, with various ignorance, Like a small drum making a loud noise, How do all these appear? It is the illusion of the nature of mind. How to meditate on the exhaustion of the sense bases, How does the yogi practice? Things of stable nature, Are not placed in other things. Many like crystal, Should be practiced in illusion like that. Habits are like sesame oil on water.

。 This very nature of mind is pervasive. Lightning, thunder, rain, clouds, wind, and hail, if only the mind exists and there is nothing else, then they will not be formed in the middle of the sky. By the very nature of things, if some entities are well established, then by the distinction of knots, their many distinctions will not appear. Some are beautiful young girls, others have reached their prime, some are dark green, and some are thin and blue. When the mind itself is born as the form of a woman, then the self-mind, being desirous, with what does one enjoy oneself? All forms are one's own nature. Because the wise ones closely enjoy all objects, they do not enter like children. After holding hands, in the dream delusion, one's own self knows that one has caught a thief, and such speech is reproached by others. On dry grass, the minds of animals eating are not those of humans. Alas, this conceptual thought is beyond the comprehension of even yogis. Forgetfulness, bodily contact, sleep, and the winds cause fish, birds, dogs, and snakes to live. Like a dog eating carrion, one's own retinue and pervasiveness, harmful agents and ogresses, are seen through various actions. Those filled with feces and pus are seen as rivers by pretas. Clear and cool water is seen and drunk by humans. Desired and undesired fruits, all forms abide by karma. All consciousnesses, by that and that, will enter into the meaning of emptiness. Alas, objects are various, and at one time there are many forms. Like the sound of a collection of musical instruments, it becomes a follower of conceptual thought. If there is a real thing but it is nonexistent, then it will not perform the function of a real thing. When someone else eats sour substances, saliva flows from the mouth of another. At night, some eat fruits and then cause others to speak. If the one who ate the sour speaks, then wouldn't he become a listener? When one encounters a desired woman in a dream, there is no cause for the perfection of bliss. Even without substance, how can semen not be emitted? By the power of habit in a dream, even if one sees it, if one says it exists, the female's
