The meaning of Tantra is threefold: the meaning of words, the meaning of speech, and the meaning of summary. Among these, the meaning of words refers to explanations such as "Thus have I heard." The meaning of speech refers to the various aspects to be expressed by the words contained in each chapter. The meaning of summary refers to summarizing and explaining the meanings separately when examining what is to be expressed by each chapter. Because the meaning of words and the meaning of speech can be easily understood from determining the meaning of the summary, the meaning of the summary should be explained first. Therefore, "tatrādi" and so on are mentioned. The meaning of "the nature of the speaker and what is to be spoken, the Great Vajradhara" is as follows: The speaker is the words of the Tantra. What is to be spoken are the two stages. Their nature refers to where they exist. The nature of the speaker and what is to be spoken is the Bhagavan Great Vajradhara, which is shown as glorious Vajrasattva. Because by meditating on the words of the Tantra and the differences in the meanings derived from them, one can attain the state of the Great Vajradhara. The essence of sound and meaning is Vajrasattva alone. Because from the clear light of the Dharmadhatu mandala located at the navel, the life-force wind rises and encounters the eight places, letters will arise, and these are their words. These words can also generate speech, and from this, all collections of sounds such as Tantras and commentaries are consistent with cause and effect. This cause is also the nature of clear light, which is the Great Vajradhara. Alternatively, the speaker is the name of the Tantra, which is Guhyasamaja. From this, the nature of body, speech, and mind, the collection of all Buddhas, which is Vajrasattva, will be revealed. What is to be spoken are the two stages, namely the generation stage arising from this, which is the nature of the three samadhis such as the initial union, and the completion stage, which is the characteristic of stages such as Vajra recitation. Therefore, from the fifth samadhi of the union of the nature of cause and effect, one can attain the state of the Great Vajradhara, which is also Vajra.

It is the Vidyadhara himself. The Bhagavan has shown the two aspects of divine yoga in the first chapter, thus it is connected. "In the manifested mandala" means in the place of origin of the Dharma of Touch Vajra Mother. "The Kalpa of Hearing," and so on, means that the Samaya mandala is spread by the extracted mantra such as "Vajradhṛk (藏文,梵文天城体,वज्रधृक,vajradhṛk,Holder of the Vajra)." Giving the empowerment of the vidyādhara to that itself means that the empowerment in the place of origin of the Dharma of the vidyādhara is the empowerment of the vidyādhara. It is the meaning of the mind of enlightenment. Giving means having blessed. In "provisional and definitive meaning," and so on, the order of examination is by the provisional meaning. The order of completion is by the definitive meaning. In the sixteenth chapter, "by obtaining other meanings" means that the same meaning is also shown there. If so, what is the difference between the sixteenth chapter and the first chapter? It is said, "having obtained other meanings," which means that it takes a meaning similar to that, but it is not that itself, that is the intention. The two aspects of divine yoga are the generation stage and the completion stage, which separately show the means to realize that and to accomplish the completion stage. Its intention is that Prince Sarvarthasiddha transcended the state of Bodhisattva, obtained the body of Vajradhara, and for the purpose of subduing the realms of future sentient beings, he entered into the samadhi called "the aspect of great desire." He manifested the four goddesses of the families, such as the eye, and the five goddesses of the objects, such as the form vajra. Having experienced the great bliss together with them, he made them enter into his own body, and again manifested them back into the forms of the five Tathagatas, residing in the palace of the seven precious jewels. Having heard their prayers, the Bhagavan, in order to show the rarity of the Guhyasamaja, remained silent and was asked again. Then, entering into them, and with Vajradhṛk (藏文,梵文天城体,वज्रधृक,vajradhṛk,Holder of the Vajra) and so on, in the place of origin of the Dharma of Akshobhya Touch Vajra Mother, on the mandala of the lotus and the moon, he manifested and to those the mind of enlightenment.
