The explanation of the means of these actions and the nature of what arises from the means should be understood even if not explained, because they exist. "The agent of this is Vajrasattva." This statement is because Vajrasattva is the agent, so in order to make the listeners enter with respect, the relationship is also shown separately. For example, in the place of Tushita (དགའ་ལྡན།), when the Bhagavan Vajrasattva spoke the glorious Guhyasamaja Tantra, the Tathagatas asked him, and that is the relationship between the listener and the speaker by the power of meaning. Depending on what the speaker speaks and the listener listens, one should understand the relationship between sound and meaning. As it is said, because there is a relationship, the listener's entry is accomplished, therefore, for all treatises, one should first understand the relationship. It is said like this. "The measure should also be explained." This statement is the difference between the object to be spoken and the treatise that speaks. That is also a branch of both the object to be spoken and the speaker, not others. "Chapters, likewise, rituals, etc." This statement is that the four, such as chapters, are the place of completion of the scripture, because where it is completely cut off and the measurable is completed, that is the chapter. Otherwise, the tantra of the nature of eighteen chapters will definitely not change, because it will become a fault of being too much or too little. Similarly, rituals, etc., should also be understood. As it is said, because it is completely cut off, it is a chapter, it will become a ritual of emptiness. Because it is extensive, it is a section, because there is no obscuration, the order is divided. It is said like this. "The scripture itself is also the number." The word "also" in this statement is in terms of meaning, and whatever meaning is also completely complete, that is also the chapter, etc. In order to show the need, it is said "need also", and there are two types, need and the need of need. They are the nature of accomplishing one's own and others' benefits. The eight accomplishments are mainly the perfection of one's own benefit. Buddhahood itself is the perfection of others' benefit. Accomplishment is divided into two types, mundane and supramundane. Mundane is peace, etc.
