The word "meaning" with ten characteristics is summarized. Likewise, others can also be shown in this branch of the tantra. However, because it is too verbose, it would obscure the true meaning, so it is not shown. When the branch of the tantra is established, the tantra is established. Because it is the main one, it is also shown in the summary. If so, since there are many branches, why are measures and the like not shown? Answer: What arises from both can be approximately shown by one. For example, the son of Uma is like the son of youth and Mahadeva. The spoken tantras are also the same, because they have five branches, they are included in the branches of the sutra section. If this is what is explained in the Sutra Pitaka, then at that time, "Together with the meaning of the necessary summarized, the meaning of the words has the correct intention, and includes refutations, which are spoken by the speaker of the meaning of the Sutra Pitaka." In this way, must the six, such as intention, be necessarily explained? Answer: Because the five types, such as speaking, are included, they are not shown separately. At the time of speaking of speaking and so on, because the meaning of intention and so on is understood, it is not spoken separately. The necessity of the Sutra Pitaka is included in the necessity. Refutations are included in the summary of the connection. Because at the time of showing the six types of connections of the Tathagata and so on, there will necessarily be differences in mutual questioning and answering between the listener and the speaker. Questioning and answering are refutations. In the things to be spoken, the meaning of the words and the meaning of the included and the intention are all included in it. Without the meaning of the included and without necessity, separated from the things to be spoken, it will not become speaking. Just like the investigation of the crow's call and the words like ten apples. Therefore, this is only a branch of the Sutra Pitaka, so there is no fault. If so, how can the five types, such as speaking, be obtained from words without measurement? Even those who are constantly preceding also enter because measurement is preceding, but for words, measurement is absolutely non-existent. As it is said: Things cannot show things, there are no things at the time of things. It is precisely because of this that the past things are said to be past. Use the rock box as a metaphor.

Sound to me and the world, Sound is the gathering of toads. It diminishes itself by its own nature. Letters, words, and speech, Symbols and collections of words, Actions, functions, connections, Being false, they are not expressive. Phrases, five lines or three, Why not want to speak words? Speech depends on what is said, Like the coded language of dakinis. To the dharmas to be grasped, those who consider themselves wise in the past, In the metaphorical dangerous ground of sound, Alas, they caused the world to fall. This is called the manifest, I ask, who is the wise one? Circling from the head with the right hand, Who can point it out like that? Another does not see another, Without connection, it does not arise or change. When a sword strikes elsewhere, Can it cause another to change? By the nature of non-action, Who shows what to whom here? By the thing that arises from non-existence, From what thing is there no arising? Therefore, the protectors say, This is called the great element. Because it precedes all arising, Therefore, the wise say it is definable. Such as these, the words of the teachers of the past, Clarify the sound with the words of valid cognition, And the connection between sound and meaning is immeasurable, How can it be determined by mere words? Thus it is said: Doubt arises from speech, and there are three kinds: doubt with meaning, doubt without meaning, and doubt with and without meaning. Among them, doubt with meaning is like digging up a treasure buried underground. Doubt without meaning is like cutting a swift river. Doubt with and without meaning is like raising a corpse. Among them, that with meaning is the limb of entering. Doubt that is without meaning, meaningless, and with meaning is the limb of turning back. Here, the first word is immeasurable, so there is doubt as to whether what is said here exists or not, and one enters into it. After that, having heard the object to be expressed, symbolized by the two steps in order, and the collection of words that express it, and their connection, one transforms the ordinary body through the stages of thinking and meditating.
