These are the Sutra Pitaka and Pramana and their branches. The establishment of these is the establishment of the Sutra Pitaka and Pramana branches. Establishment does not mean existence; it has no other meaning. The word 'establishment' is connected to each one, and it is called the establishment of the Sutra Pitaka, and so on. It should be said that the Sutra Pitaka with characteristics is established, otherwise, would the Sutra Pitaka without characteristics become a branch of the Tantra? Answer: It should not be said, because it will not arise without being absent. Apart from the establishment of characteristics, the Sutra Pitaka itself will not become. Therefore, characteristics should not be said, or why is it called Sutra Pitaka? Answer: Because it briefly shows the meaning, it is the Sutra Pitaka. Because it shows those different meanings, it is the Sutra Pitaka. Then, the Bhagavan entered into the Samadhi called Wisdom Lamp Vajra, and the explanation there indicates the stages generated by the four types of reasoning, as well as Vajra recitation, as well as the complete purification of the mind, as well as blessing oneself, as well as luminosity, as well as the stages of union, and so on. Similarly, being separated from all things, aggregates, elements, and sense bases, completely abandoning the grasped and the grasper, the selflessness of phenomena, equanimity, one's own mind is originally unborn, is the nature of emptiness. Thus, vowing with one's own mind, spoken with pure reasoning. Those are because of holding onto what should be accomplished and what should be accomplished. Because accomplishing with an example-less accomplishment, therefore, from what is like an illusionary dream, how the intermediate existence begins, etc., because showing the examples spoken from other Tantras, it should be known as the Sutra Pitaka. Or, because the mind of a one-pointed Bhikshu, who gathers other distractions, expands into those words, it is the Sutra Pitaka. For example, in the fourth chapter of the Mandala of the Heart, from then on, the ritual of action is, to make the Mudra by seeing. Thus it is said, from the ritual of action, the Vajra Acharya who sees, the forms of the deity and the Mandala and drawing lines, etc., whatever the details of the Mandala ritual are, all those are indicated here from other Tantras. Furthermore, because it possesses the nature of the Sutra Pitaka, it is the Sutra Collection. The nature of the Sutra Pitaka is the scholars'.
