Adorned with. In the central part, contemplate being surrounded by the moon and sun. Below that, surrounded by the Naga kings named Jogpo, Rigden, Tayé, Padma, Padma Chenpo, Norgyé, Dungkyong, and Tobkyi Gyu. Below those, the kings of the Asuras, such as Golden Eye, with their retinues. Below those, the hungry ghosts, naked, emaciated, with their hair standing on end. Below those, the eight great hells. Contemplate the burning fire as unbearable, and the cold hells as also having a strong force with the touch of wind. Focus on the various kinds of people living in the four continents, as well as swans, pigeons, etc., and footless, two-legged, four-legged, and many-legged beings, including animals. In order to satisfy all of them, fill a very large vessel with rice, meat, wine, intoxicants, flour fruits, dried and fresh fish, five-grain porridge, radishes, yogurt, etc., as well as powders of copper, silk, silver coins, and conch shells, etc. Make them immortal with the nectar ritual described earlier. Ring the bell, burn incense, and invite them with the mudras mentioned above and the mantras spoken in the Four Seats. Generate great compassion and offer the torma with this mantra: OM AKARO MUKHAM SARVA DHARMANAM ADYANUTPANATVATA OM AH HUM PHAT SVAHA. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨ་ཀཱ་རོ་མུ་ཁཾ་སརྦ་དྷརྨཱ་ནཱཾ་ཨཱ་དྱ་ནུ་ཏྤ་ན་ཏྭཱ་ཏ་ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ akāro mukhaṃ sarva dharmāṇāṃ ādyanutpanatvāda oṃ āḥ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, all dharmas are empty, originally unborn, Om Ah Hum Phat Svaha.) Thus, offer the torma in the place of beings, etc. As soon as the torma has satisfied them, all of them have one face and two hands, a white body, holding a vajra and bell, sitting in the posture of a bodhisattva, adorned with the attire of Vajrasattva, seated on a lotus seat, abiding in perfect equanimity. They go to the realm of manifest joy, surrounded by a assembly of bodhisattvas, and are contemplated as teaching the Dharma. This is the torma ritual for all beings. At the time of sleep and at the end of the consecration, likewise, at the end of the fire offering, in order to satisfy the ten directions, offer tormas to the wrathful kings.
