oṃ svabhāva śuddhaḥ sarva dharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho'ham. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སྭ་བྷཱ་བ་ཤུདྡྷ་སརྦ་དྷ་རྨཱ་སྭ་བྷཱ་བ་ཤུདྡྷོ྅ཧཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ स्वभाव शुद्ध सर्व धर्माः स्वभाव शुद्धोऽहम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ svabhāva śuddhaḥ sarva dharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho'ham, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om, self-nature pure, all dharmas, self-nature pure, I.) Recite this mantra, or recite the mantra called oṃ vajra dhṛka (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་དྷྲྀ་ཀ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ वज्र धृक, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajra dhṛka, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om, Vajra, Holder) to bless it. After that, visualize in the heart of the Wisdom Heroic Mind, like a Samadhi Heroic Mind with seven flames. In the throat, the letter Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: A) is transformed into an eight-petaled red lotus, and one of its petals is visualized as the tongue. On it, visualize the seed syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hum) transformed into a subtle white vajra, and bless the tip of its center with the letter Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om). As before, the Tathagata and the Mother bless it, and visualize the hands as pouring and holding vessels. With these, first invite the vessel filled with nectar with a mind free from discrimination. Visualize the essence of all Tathagatas gathered together, and recite oṃ vajra amṛte samādhi dhāna pṛṇa ni svāhā. With this mantra, burn it in the fire of wisdom through the path of the mouth's stove. The benefit of this is stated in the Tantra Requested by the Four Goddesses: There is no aging and no disease, no death and no poison, etc., there is no untimely death, it destroys all harm. It is also said in the Moon Secret Bindu: From that time onwards, it is without thought, it holds its color, shape, and characteristics. The fully ripened body, the inconceivable essence, is meditated upon by acting from that vow. Whatever is eaten or drunk, at the time of eating, one should practice and eat it like the five nectars, with the yoga of the deity one desires. In the collarbone, heart, navel, and secret place, there are four mandalas of the nature of the four elements: fire, water, wind, and great power. Among them, the fire mandala is kindled by the wind mandala, the water mandala makes it fully ripen, and the great power mandala becomes the essence of the vessel world, the place where the objects to be burned reside. It enters into it, and at the end of the entry, it will definitely turn into ashes from the path of excretion. This is the ritual of the inner fire offering. After that, the offering ritual should be started. The wheel of the mandala residing in the heart of the Wisdom Heroic Mind...
