When meditating on the wheel of the mandala, at what time can the benefit of sentient beings be accomplished? At that time, in order to perfect it, the great glorious Vajradhara focused on the samadhi that is in accordance with it. This is the doctrine of all tantras. The so-called "mandala-holders" are the wheels, etc. By "one's own seed syllable," etc., the wisdom-being dwells in the heart, abiding on the lotus, moon, and vajra. The seed syllable of the great Vajradhara, with the iron hook of light, invites and causes to enter the assembly of the Tathagatas, etc., who dwell in the realm of space. Thereafter, by "all the Tathagatas," etc., in order to generate joy in those who were previously gathered, the Bhagavan manifests as the form of a supreme woman. This shows that in the ultimate truth, there is no difference between women and men. In order to cause the disciples to enter, the wonderful manifestation of the Buddha's playful display is shown. Among them, "the Bhagavan in the bliss of supreme joy," the so-called supreme joy, the joy after joy is supreme joy, entering the fourth luminosity. Or, supreme is the most excellent of all, that is, the fourth joy alone. In the reasoning known to yogis, the word "supreme joy" also refers to the fourth. If so, why is that itself not grasped in its own form? Because it is not momentary. The fourth is to be taken, because it is permanent due to being non-conceptual. Therefore, when it is said "in order to merge," it is reasonable to be satisfied by that itself, because there is no delusion. The bliss of the three wisdoms, such as appearance, is deluded, because it grasps what is not that as that. Self-nature purity has no delusion, because the nature of reality has no delusion. By "place," etc., the nine goddesses that will be explained below are the very nature of all the Tathagatas, goddesses, bodhisattvas, and wrathful deities, as is well shown. The mandala of all bases and base-possessors is summarized, arising from the mind of enlightenment, therefore it is the cooperative cause of that.

The nature of great bliss that has become manifest. The realm of earth, etc., shows the four consorts of the family. Furthermore, Vairocana, etc., shows the five goddesses arising from the family of Vairocana, etc. The meaning of uprightness refers only to the description of expansion and contraction. Therefore, the Bhagavan gathers together all the Tathagatas dwelling in all the realms of space, expanding them into nine goddesses, and in their center dwells the lord of various desires. Below that, it should be shown that such actions should be performed: being both desire and great, etc., refers to the great dharma of desire, that is, entering into the cause of inner things, and what should be described by the great dharma of desire is luminosity itself. In order to show that, desire and non-desire, etc., are different names for the three wisdoms of manifestation and increase, etc., this is the concluding statement. Complete purification is what should be manifested, that is, obtaining luminosity. The means refers to the complete purification of the mind by the characteristics of the sequence of mantras and mudras. The sequence of characteristics of the sequence of mudras and samadhi is manifest enlightenment. Abandoning the attachment to the external retinue of the Tathagatas, means that because I am this and these are the Tathagatas, with these there is no sequence of complete purification of the mind and manifest enlightenment. The body completely accomplished by all the Tathagatas is me, this is expanded by quickly blessing oneself with the form of a deity from the second stage, or blessing the vajra-like body from the fourth stage with the stage of union. Self, etc., describes the measure of the scriptural authority itself. As before, it refers to the metaphor of mere expansion, but not all. Because previously it was expanded by the yoga of discrimination. This is just like illusion. The definite meaning refers to the complete purification of the mind and self-blessing,
