Now, this is what needs to be done, and nothing else. The two stages have already been explained along with their classifications and characteristics. The six limits should also be understood from the tantra that has been spoken of, and once the tantra is understood, what use is a commentary? In order to point this out, it is said, "All the Buddhas have sealed it." For example, just as kings seal their own treasuries, so too, all the Buddhas have sealed all the places of secret instructions, that is, this tantra, with the seal of vajra words. Therefore, it should be opened with the key of commentary. So, what is Vajrasattva like? It is said, "All-pervading Lord," because he is the lord of all the Tathagatas. Because the five wisdoms appear to be different, it is the aspect of conventional truth. When all these powers are gathered together, they become the state of non-dual wisdom, which is the suchness of the nature of emptiness of all things, that is the Bhagavan, wisdom and knowledge are one taste, and is called the great Vajradhara, the All-pervading Lord. The word "glorious" has been said before. Now, Vajrasattva is to be explained: the five abandonments and the five wisdoms are called vajra. The meaning is that abandoning the five consciousnesses, the nature of the five wisdoms, emptiness and luminosity, is called vajra. Where that nature exists, that is Vajrasattva. Or, vajra is the wisdom of means, and sattva is the wisdom of knowledge. These being of one taste is the Bhagavan Vajrasattva. Or, glorious is means, and vajra is wisdom. Therefore, compassion and emptiness are inseparable, that is the glorious Vajrasattva. Also, in the Vajra Peak Tantra, it says: "Firm and with essence, without empty space, Indivisible, unbroken, with characteristics, Unburnable and indestructible, Emptiness is called vajra." "Prostrating" means to prostrate with body, speech, and mind, or to follow its nature. "In order" means sequentially. Chandrakirti's Commentary on the Compendium on the Middle Way says: "To show clearly" is the meaning. In order to indicate the place of the two stages that have been spoken of, it is said, "The generation stage is the first." Generation.

The main part of the generation stage is the generation stage, that is, in the same way, through recitation, vajra, seed, joy, and gathering, the ordinary body is transformed by the body of the deity, in order to generate the vajra-like body that transcends the world. Among them, the three divisions such as the initial union have already been explained. It should be said that it has the boundary of hundreds of differences, because the ordinary body cannot be completely purified by the generation stage alone. However, under the three samādhis, when the body of the nature of skandhas, dhātus, and āyatanas is completely adorned by the five Tathāgatas with the nature of the five wisdoms through the distinction of parts, the attachment to the ordinary body is abandoned, and the non-ordinary body arises, which is the completion of the generation stage. It should not be said that it cannot be done by one method alone, because it is established like the three samādhis. It should not be said that the boundary with hundreds of differences is the generation stage, why? Because just as how to observe the three samādhis from the root tantra, the hundreds of differences should also be known. It is not so, because it is shown separately. It is not so what is said that it is also established like the three samādhis. Because both are declared. For example, from "Then, the Bhagavan Tathagata Vajradhātu Mahāvaipa entered the samādhi called the great practice of all the Tathagatas' great attachment", to "Abiding in the vajra of all the Tathagatas' body, speech, and mind", the so-called initial union has been briefly shown. From "Then, the Bhagavan entered the samādhi called the great arising vajra of all the Tathagatas' vows", to "All the Tathagatas' body, speech, and mind are pleased, the mandala vow heroes are each", the samādhi of the mandala victor has been shown. After that, in the sixth chapter and so on, "Imagine mustard seeds on the tip of the nose", etc., with karma
