It is taught that one should practice in places that are suitable to one's own faculties. As it is said: What are the paths of the senses? Their very nature goes along with them. If one does not remain equally in union, all Buddhas see their own nature. The paths of the senses are those by which, when the practitioner meets with objects, in order to satisfy all the Tathagatas, one should practice poverty. This is from the Vajra Garland. Therefore, it is taught that one should practice the practice with elaboration, which is explained by words such as "to rely on." What is the result of practice, as explained by words such as "what is it?" The equal union of objects and senses is the separate gathering and the holding of the objects of the limbs of meditation, and the union of their characteristics of purity. "Vajradhara himself is swift" means that after that, one should meditate on the yoga of the four limbs. Here, the intention is this: Briefly, the first yogi, possessing any yoga of the deities such as Vairochana, with face, mudra, and form, etc., made of wood, dwells in a three-story house. In the lower room, food and drink, etc., are placed, in the middle room, those skilled in dance and music, etc., are placed, and in the upper room, on a soft cushion, one dwells with the pride of the central lord, and in the four directions, four well-formed, beautifully adorned, samaya mudras, young, of good family, in the form of the Buddha eye mother, etc., are placed, and on the outer boundary of those, mudras in the form of the four place goddesses, such as Rupavajra, are arranged. One embraces one's own samaya mudra mother, and together with her, the breasts and armpits, etc., are high and touching, and with wide eyes, etc., one makes the mind happy with the sight, and experiences the five desirable qualities, and remains until the great bliss, which is the characteristic of single-pointedness of mind, arises. This is the practice with elaboration, which is the field of practice for the yogi of the generation stage. The words "in that way" etc. are a summary. Having made the practice without elaboration free, one begins the second.

It should be done in this way. "Being in accordance with one's own desires" means through the conduct of how it is obtained. "Being master by the five qualities of desire" means abiding in the seal of samaya. Oneself is one's own nature. For other beings, the yogini satisfies them with the seal of samaya, which is to enter into equanimity together with them. "Like an illusion Samadhi" means the meditation that blesses oneself. "Monasteries and other ascetic practices" means that it is asceticism because it is a great effort to accomplish those things. "Dwelling under a tree and other vows of the twelve qualities of cultivation" means like this: begging for alms, three Dharma robes, wiping cloth, felt cloth, dwelling under a tree, without a roof, not accepting later offerings, one seat, dwelling in a charnel ground, dwelling in a cemetery, dwelling in a solitary place, these twelve qualities of cultivation are related to physical exertion. The physical exertion of those does not realize Suchness. "Jumping from a mountain and entering into fire and other inexhaustible things" means that the views of the Tirthikas are like this: jumping from a mountain makes the earth pure, jumping from water makes the water pure, entering into fire makes the fire pure, dying without eating makes the wind pure, dying by transference of consciousness makes the space element pure. Similarly, killing the elderly in order to liberate from suffering, and other evil views should also be understood. "Being tormented by those" means giving suffering to body and mind, and suffering of mind. "One will not attain enlightenment" because it is not a skillful means and because it is a wrong view. "Well then," etc., by preventing asceticism, the benefits of the practice of bliss should be shown, because it is what everyone desires and should strive for, which refers to the previously mentioned forms and so on. "Closely enjoying those" etc., through the means of enjoyment, if one can please oneself, the Great Vajradhara, then at that time.

The fruit of Mahamudra will be manifested. The term "in this very life" indicates the opposite of the yogis of the Paramitas. Because they mean that enlightenment will be attained after countless three kalpas. The term "as it is said" is because it is said, "How is the conduct, how is it?" The meaning summarized here is: First, the yogi visualizes the forms of deities such as Vairochana, and the mudra is also made similar to it, and then manifests the samadhi of the order of self-entry blessing like an illusion. Be content with whatever food is obtained by chance. Possessing the mudra of prophecy, wandering from place to place, one should abide there until the accomplishment of Mahamudra is attained. That is action without elaboration. As stated by "Thus" and so on, the extremely non-elaborate conduct will be explained. The term "through the suffering of the body" refers to the previously mentioned necessity of restraining the body. The term "preventing the attainment of Mahamudra" means preventing the attainment of the state of Vajradhara. In order to also prevent the mental suffering of the practitioner, it is to prevent the characteristics of the elaboration of conceptual thought. Because it is said in the scriptures that the conceptual thought of a Bodhisattva is affliction. The term "do not say" means do not say anything inferior. The term "begging for food" is the meaning of near metaphor, because it is connected by similar words. Therefore, like going to beg for food, it is said that going to beg for food, mental suffering, and inferior speech are very famous. As stated by "completely seeking" and so on, it shows that it will not change because it possesses cunning and praising others and embellishing words. The term "near metaphor" is because the similar cause is not obvious. The term "not being attached to food" means prohibiting external food. As stated by "how much" and so on, because it possesses the food of meditation, it should be practiced with extremely non-elaborate conduct. If it exists, how much can sustain the existence of the body, that is, it is obtained without effort, and fruits and roots are given by the goddess of the forest.
