The two stages of arising have been explained. Likewise, it should be understood for other mandala beings as well. The aforementioned "Great Vajradhara," etc., arises from the lotus of the touchable Vajra Mother, purifies the realm of beings who engage in hatred, abides in the realm of manifest joy, and then returns again. With the ten-directional gaze as a prelude, the body, speech, and mind of the Great Vajradhara merge into the vajra, like oil into oil, transforming into Acala (Immovable One) alone, whose form is like indigo blue, with three faces and six arms, slightly baring his fangs, seated in the vajra posture on a lotus and sun disc, possessing the nature of the three lords, adorned with three faces of blue, white, and red. He holds a vajra, wheel, lotus, bell, wish-fulfilling jewel, and sword. He wears the crown of the Great Vajradhara, radiating a halo of five-colored light. The term "possessing the nature of the three lords" means possessing the nature of the three lords. The term "possessing the nature of the two truths" refers to the union in the context of the completely pure deity yoga. That which has become one is the nature of the Great Vajradhara. It is the same as before, only with a difference in color. "Great Vajradhara," etc., is for the purpose of establishing it firmly in the nature of oneness. The "Small Vajrasattva" refers to the remainder of the samadhi of the initial union, making the mudra and showing the lord of the Immovable Mandala. "As the word" means that it has become a branch of the generation stage and shows the first union. After the first union, etc., is to show the supreme mandala victor, and the phrase "in order to purify ignorant beings" is to purify those who are to be tamed of the nature of delusion. The peaceful aspect indicates that the very nature of all peaceful actions is Vairochana. The term "having the attitude of a victor" means to be victorious over beings who are in the state of ordinary beings, that is, demons.

English

The maras are the hosts of maras, such as the sons of gods. Among these, the victor with the twelve-spoked wheel of dharma is Jinajika. Suffering, origin, cessation, and path, are the four noble truths. Suffering is to be known, origin is to be abandoned, path is to be cultivated, and cessation is to be realized. Suffering is fully known, origin is abandoned, path is cultivated, and cessation is realized, thus the twelve spokes are through the paths of seeing, cultivation, and no-more-learning. The nature of the twelve links of dependent origination is considered to be the wheel of dharma. The provisional meaning refers to merely showing the views of the Hearers and the Great Vehicle. "With samadhi like a vajra" means with the distinction of samadhi to be attained by the first moment of the ground of all-illuminating light. It is in order to separately show the fourth and fifth stages of the definitive meaning. With the name "Vairochana" and so forth, Jinajika says that after rejoicing, from the mudra of dharma-arising, it appears outwardly, taming the realm of beings who are immersed in delusion, placing them in the Akanishta heaven, and then descending again. With the ten-directional gaze as the preliminary, the Bhagavan in the east, shows Vairochana residing on a variegated lotus and moon seat, on top of a wheel, in the vajra full lotus posture, holding six emblems such as the wheel, with a white-colored body. As the words are, it is as before. Conventional bodhichitta refers to being in accordance with the cause of great bliss, hence it is priceless. "Arising from that" means expanding within the samaya mandala. Samadhi should also be understood in the same way. The provisional meaning refers to wanting to explain the generation stage. Ultimate bodhichitta is the suchness of clear light. "Arising from that" is because it is wanting to explain the stages of self-blessing and union. The definitive meaning refers to separately showing the completion stage. With "all thoughts completely" and so forth, it separately shows the names that possess the meaning of Ratnasambhava.

Nato! Because it fulfills all hopes, it is said that this is the samadhi of the Akasagarbha, for the sake of destroying the poverty of sentient beings. The meaning of uprightness is the desire to proclaim the supreme victor of deeds. The so-called jewel of the ultimate reality refers to the clear, luminous nature of reality to be attained through the four stages. The definite meaning is the declaration of the stages of manifest enlightenment. The so-called wisdom of equality, unobstructed like the sky, is for the sake of fully understanding all different sentient beings included in the four births as one. The so-called pride due to wealth, etc., refers to those who have arrogance due to abundant wealth, and through the rain of jewels, etc., from the samadhi of Akasagarbha, their arrogance is destroyed. The so-called residing on the right side of the Bhagavan, as before, is taken from the samadhi of Vajra and Padma, and then proceeds outward again, purifying the realm of sentient beings with arrogance, abiding in the Buddha-field called the source of jewels, and then returning again. Three faces and six arms, holding ritual implements such as jewels, with a yellow body color, residing on various lotus, moon, and jewel seats on the right side of the Bhagavan. The truth of sound is as before. The so-called for the sake of completely abandoning the desire of attachment, means that attachment is clinging to suchness. Another attachment refers to affliction itself. Abandoning through that meaning is clarity. Extreme joy is because great attachment is the common cause of great light. The so-called being the mind of enlightenment refers to the white, pure substance of the conventional truth. What arises from that refers to the sequence from the mandala of vows to completion. The meaning of uprightness is the desire to proclaim the supreme victor of the mandala. The so-called luminosity refers to manifest enlightenment. What arises from that is because it arises from the samadhi of union. The definite meaning is through showing the true meaning. The so-called complete attachment to the wisdom of individual discernment is because it is the nature of Amitabha.
