It is called "Glorious" because it always possesses wisdom that is immaculate and without outflows. The words "Form Vajra" and so on indicate the offering goddesses with the characteristic of completely pure forms and so on, and also the central chief deity. "Dharmadhatu Vajra Samantabhadra" means that Dharma is of the nature of the wisdom of accomplished activity, and is Vajra because it holds and is indivisible; Dharmadhatu Vajra is of the family of Samaya. The words "Assembly of Bodhisattvas" and so on indicate that it is the same as the sphere of space, the very essence of the Sambhogakaya, as spoken by the Tathagatas. The words "Those" and so on include the five, Vairochana and so on, and also indicate other Tathagatas similar to them. The words "Gathered by the Five Families" and so on indicate only those. Thus, by what is the wheel of deities completely perfected, it is only by this that it is imitated, therefore it is reasonable to establish thirty-two, so why are the wrathful ones not shown? This is true. However, the commentators will explain, for example, in "How to establish deities in the body mandala" and so on, from the source of the tantra that is spoken, just like the body mandala, it is also reasonable to exist in the speech mandala. It is not spoken here in order to create confusion for those who read the texts themselves. In the case of the speech mandala, four are spoken of in the first chapter, and the remainder spoken of in the thirteen chapters should be understood by mixing the sutras. It is said in the sutras that the order of reading is not as powerful as the order of meaning. Therefore, by what the wheel of deities can be completely perfected, what is said is only the correct reasoning. The words "Equal to all the sphere of space" and so on, up to "Residing in the space outside the mandala." The words "For example" and so on, with the example of a sesame pod, show that the abiding of the infinite Tathagatas is not contradictory. It is called "Direct meaning" because it is merely showing existence. The words "Ineffable" and so on, after gathering together all the wheels of the mandala,

The essence of all deities, the Great Vajradhara, in order to guide sentient beings, emanates palaces and mandalas, and thus, this scripture called the 'Tantra' reveals the samadhi of the supreme mandala victor. The meaning of 'definitive' is that the Great Vajradhara himself is the very nature of reality of the base and the mandala with a base. 'Thus,' and so forth, serves to summarize the topic. As for 'sentient beings dwelling in the desire realm,' and so on, in the teachings of glorious Guhyasamaja, first, the wheel of deities accomplished in one's own body is expanded outward, then gathered back into the form of the body mandala, and again emanated as nine goddesses. Uniting with them, experiencing great bliss, and then gathering all the Tathagatas, emanating the palace, and blessing the mandala with particular devotion to it. This is actually a gathering through the order of the ultimate mandala, becoming the central principal deity, and ultimately, in the samadhi of the initial union, the samadhi of the mandala victor, characterized by the arising of the mandala, is fully revealed. To further explain this, 'desirable qualities' and so forth are mentioned, to show that liberation is attained by abiding in one mudra for forms and so on. 'Then' means immediately after, that is, within the retinue. 'Possessing the power of eight qualities' has already been explained. 'Being both great and Vairochana' is the meaning of the Great Vajradhara. 'In order to completely abandon desire with desire' is to dispel the afflictions of desire through the attachment shown by the mudra. 'Having abandoned the body free from desire' means that in the age of the five degenerations, one subdues with a charming demeanor, displaying a seductive form. To explain this, 'the Great Vajradhara' is mentioned. 'Maturing sentient beings' and so on, explains that the essence of the Tathagatas is the cause of the nature of great compassion.

It has been shown to be so. Therefore, by meditating on the wheel of the mandala, when one does the benefit of beings, in order to perfect it at that time, the great glorious Vajradhara has focused on the samadhi that corresponds to it, which is the doctrine of all tantras. The so-called mandala beings are the retinues. Starting from "one's own seed syllable," etc., the seed syllable of the great Vajradhara, which dwells in the lotus, moon, and vajra in the heart of the wisdom being, with the iron hook of the rays of light, invites the assembly of the Tathagatas, etc., who dwell in the expanse of the sky. Then, starting from "all the Tathagatas," etc., in order to make those who were previously gathered generate joy, the Tathagata made a manifestation of the form of a supreme woman. This shows that in the ultimate truth, there is no difference between women and men. In order to allow the beings to be tamed to enter, the wonderful manifestation of the Buddha's play is shown. Among them, "Bhagavan with the bliss of supreme joy" refers to the joy after supreme joy, which is supreme joy, entering the fourth luminosity. Or, supreme is the most excellent of all, which is the fourth joy itself. According to the reasoning known to yogis, the word supreme joy also refers to the fourth joy. If so, why is its own form not directly grasped? Because it is momentary. The fourth joy is to be taken, because it is permanent due to its non-conceptual nature. Therefore, when saying "in order to merge," it should be satisfied with itself, because there is no confusion. The bliss of the three wisdoms, such as appearance, is accompanied by confusion, because it grasps what is not it as it. Self-nature purity has no confusion, because the nature of reality has no confusion. Starting from "state," etc., the nine goddesses that will be explained below fully show that they are the nature of all Tathagatas, goddesses, Bodhisattvas, and wrathful deities. From the basis and all mandalas with a basis, all are gathered in the mind of enlightenment.
