The meaning of "etc.", whatever appears, is that the wind completely takes and holds it, because that is the nature of movement, etc. But not by consciousness, because there is no movement, etc. Therefore, like the blind and the lame, the consciousness accompanied by wind will always be in motion. This will go and come and enter between the three realms of existence. In order to show the birth of the body of karma, it is said, "Alas! This," etc. After the existence of death has passed, for twenty-one days, the intermediate state of existence will remain in the sky, fully recognizing its relatives and dwelling places, etc., and that this is my body, and will abide there. Therefore, driven by the wind of karma, at the time of the parents' intercourse, with hatred or desire, one enters the place of birth and takes a body. Therefore, the fourth of the three consciousnesses is the impeller. It arises constantly by its nature, how and how certainly. This is to say that from the various consciousnesses, the nature arising from the mind, such as detachment from desire, etc., arises from the division of time such as moments, etc., and from the appearance of objects. In order to show the nature of being born from the womb, it is said, "Ka, the solid element," etc. The wind itself takes the four great elements and makes sentient beings revolve in the three realms. In order to show the arising of the aggregates, it is said, "Mature, here," etc., which indicates that such a body will be born as the nature of the five aggregates of form, etc. The characteristic of conditioned phenomena is that they arise from dependence and relationship, not independently. As it is said: Things do not arise from things, nor do they arise from non-things. Things always arise, like flowers in the sky in delusion. Not from self, not from other, not from both, not without cause. Whatever things, there has never been any arising. This is because of arising. Therefore, the nature of delusion, form, etc., is called the five aggregates. The Bodhicitta of

In the Pramāṇavārttika, it is also said: Form is like a bubble, feeling is like a blister, perception is like a mirage, formation is like a plantain tree, consciousness is like an illusion; this is the teaching of the aggregates. Having explained the aspect of universal defilement, in order to explain the aspect of purification, "Sa (ས། Earth)" and so on are mentioned. The three consciousnesses that attain the five wisdoms by transforming the five aggregates are the cause. Without it, there are no aggregates either. For the sake of purifying what does wisdom arise? In order to explain the arising of the arising of the sense bases, "Ma (མ། Mother)" and so on are mentioned. The mind and so on are the six internal sense bases, by which one takes this body of karma and objects. Here, one verse is to be omitted and explained. In order to explain that by the arising of the body, one takes birth by the power of karma, "Bha (བྷ། Light)" and so on are mentioned. By the power of one hundred and sixty natures such as desire, having done virtuous and non-virtuous deeds, then dying and transmigrating, obtaining births with characteristics such as the lower realms and happy migrations, the cause of that is only the three consciousnesses, not others. In order to explain the order of generation, the purification of the aggregates, "Ga (ག ། Action)" and so on are mentioned. Going refers to the going of humans and so on. Therefore, the five aggregates that are taken in the happy and unhappy migrations, form and so on, those arisings are birth, becoming the nature of affliction, karma, and ripening, the characteristic of the twelve branches of dependent origination, completely revolving in the wheel of existence. In order to purify those, by the practice of the five aspects of manifest enlightenment in the order of generation, one obtains the nature of the five Buddhas, the cause of that is also the three consciousnesses. In order to explain the cause of the purification of earth and so on, Va (ཝཱན། Wind) "Wind" and so on are mentioned. The nature of the purification of the four elements, earth and so on, the consorts such as Eye Mother also arise from the three consciousnesses, focus on that.
