Explanation of the Difficult Points Collected from the Fifth Chapter: "Making the Lamp Clear." Sixth Chapter: Explanation of the Difficult Points Collected on the Blessing of Body, Speech, and Mind. "By teaching mantras" means it was shown only briefly. Again, it is said to clarify it: "The three vajras," and so on. The three vajras are the three types of arrangements that please by gathering into one's own body and by sporting with the bodies of others. These mark the Tathagatas. Those themselves are also the Tathagatas. "Om," and so on, initially is one body. The three qualities are the three Tathagatas, possessing non-duality with the mind vajra. What is said in this way is also of the nature of the six families. It is explained to be applied in this way. What is said as "time" is the Great Vajradhara. "From the sole possessor of qualities," means the mandala that arises simultaneously with the mind and becomes the object of experience. "The two wheels are subsequently pleased," means the wheels of intrinsic nature, internal and external. "The ritual that was just explained" is the ritual of blessing the body and so on. After doing attachment and so on to that, one abides in the second, the completion stage. The four vajras are the four yogas. "The subtle union is fully undertaken," and so on, union is clear light. Immediately after that clear light, one generates the Sambhogakaya through the sequence of the lotus, moon, and three letters, and so on. "The vajra aperture of one's own," means one should meditate on the bodhicitta in the jewel aperture. "The consort is the wisdom mother," means one should contemplate the bindu vajra, from the tip inside that lotus, up to the size of a bean, and so on. "The conduct of merely going, lying down, and eating," means that apart from merely eating, sleeping, and going to speak, one does not dwell on anything else, but focuses solely on samadhi. "The secret of the true mantra" means the suchness of the mantra just spoken. It is the secret investigated by the yogis. The word "instant," and so on, indicates only the clear light of intrinsic nature. "Mantrika" means the Vajra.

Venerable Bodhisattva. The Explanation of the Difficult Points of the Sixth Chapter of the Lamp Illuminating [the Tantra]. Chapter Seven: Explanation of the Summary of the Difficult Points of the Supreme Conduct of Mantras. The so-called six limbs are the arising stage and the completion stage as described above, residing in whatever states of mind. Desire is the aspect of grasping. The so-called eye and so forth are like the consciousness of the eye and so forth, which, after taking objects through various aspects, together with the consciousness of the mind, discriminate objects in the most excellent and other states with mere pleasure. Likewise, the yogi should enjoy without abandoning them completely. Pleasant means the most excellent. Unpleasant means the most inferior. Undefined means neither. Wrathful one is the wisdom of means, that is, the wisdom combined with the subtle realm. Rejoicing in the wind means the letter Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). One should also possess the lotus of the palate, that is, the uvula and the cheek. Knowing the Dharma, meaning, and fearlessness separately means that the Dharma and meaning should be delighted with wisdom. Knowing fearlessness separately means that one should delight by manifesting the hundred families like the sun in the order of the five families and so forth. Those who possess eighty natures means the entirety without exception. In seeing the Dharma, that is, when realizing the Dharma. Explanation of the Summary of the Difficult Points of the Seventh Chapter of the Lamp Illuminating [the Tantra]. Chapter Eight: Explanation of the Summary of the Difficult Points of the Vow of Excrement and Urine. The so-called twenty-five deities are the twenty-five deities who are naturally pure. Knowing what is other than the lord, one should also examine those born of different lineages. Explanation of the Summary of the Difficult Points of the Eighth Chapter of the Lamp Illuminating [the Tantra]. Chapter Nine: Explanation of the Summary of the Difficult Points of the Vow of the Meaning of the Ultimate Purity, Thatness. The four skies are the nature of the four emptinesses. Or the nature of the four elements and the four seals. If elsewhere, and so forth, it is for the purpose of taming all sentient beings, other than that, freely killing and so forth.
