Remaining in that is to enter gradually through hearing, thinking, and meditating. Buddha Vajra is the Tathagata himself. Why is that? Because it is said here as the cause by "why is that" and so on. Alas, it is certain. Those sentient beings are those belonging to the three realms. The three kayas vajra are the three, such as the dharmakaya. Because he holds it, he is the holder of the three kayas vajra, the sixth. Because it is his very nature, he is the holder of the three kayas vajra himself. Having taken that as a proximate cause and made it the cause, all sentient beings are Buddha Vajra, so connect it. Body, speech, and mind vajra are the great Vajradhara. His wisdom is non-dual wisdom. Obtaining that is like obtaining by abiding in hearing and meditation. Thus, it is closely established. Thus, Bodhisattvas and Tathagatas make various statements. The Bhagavan was very pleased, and in order to show that he taught the meaning with his own words, he said, "Then" and so on. "Naturally pure" refers to things that move and do not move. The selflessness of these is luminosity itself. The dharmadhatu is the bodhicitta vajra. It is certainly joyful and has become the abode of all beings, so it arises from body, speech, and mind vajra. Conceptualization is the activity of mental transformations and so on. Speech is because it appears like a rainbow. "Not speech" is because it cannot be found when analyzed. Thus, after ascertaining the samadhi of the great Vajradhara, in order to ask the cause of the student yogi's attainment of Buddhahood and to explain through the door of prophecy, he said, "Then" and so on. All Tathagatas are all Buddhas, and from where do the accomplishments of their bodies and so on truly arise and come into being? Where do they abide, that is, where do they dissolve? This is the question of the Tathagatas. The answer given by the great Vajradhara is the Blessed One and so on, which speaks of his own body, speech, and mind.

The continuum of is arising from one moment to the next. It is indivisible, hence it is Vajra, that is, entering into luminosity. The term "place" is understood to mean that all accomplishments, both mundane and supramundane, rely on it and arise from it. The cause of all accomplishments arising, abiding, and dissolving into it is the three kayas. In the phrase "all tathagatas," etc., not only do mundane accomplishments arise from the three kayas, but also all qualities such as the ten powers and four fearlessnesses, and the three realms also arise from body, speech, and mind, and abide in the very nature of body, speech, and mind. This is what is said. In the phrase "all tathagatas," etc., "the accomplishments of body, speech, and mind of all tathagatas" refers to the characteristics of mundane and supramundane accomplishments, namely body, speech, mind, and the three realms. The phrase "where do earth, etc., abide?" is what the tathagatas asked. "The sphere of space is the ultimate reality, abiding therein" is the answer. "Where does space abide?" is the question asked again, that is, "where does the ultimate reality abide?" The Vajradhara's statement, "It does not abide anywhere" is the answer. In order to show the wondrousness of all tathagatas, the phrase "thenceforth," etc., was spoken. The wondrousness lies in complete purity. The excellence lies in arising. "Emaho, the explanation of Vajra" refers to the fact that the explanation itself is difficult to obtain, hence it is wondrous. Vajra refers to the conventional truth and the ultimate truth. Where? The ultimate truth is where there is no body, speech, or mind. There, contemplating and generating the deity's body, which possesses the nature of all perfections, is the cause of wondrousness. Having thus ascertained the signless samadhi, in order to show the method of how to generate the deity's body, the phrase "thenceforth," etc., was spoken. The three vajras refer to all sentient beings. Their excellence is the great deity, Vishnu, and ...
