External is external. Diseases, etc., and what arises from the causes of disharmony of humors, excretions, and food are internal. The cure for these external and internal diseases is to become the antidote. Its meaning is like a vajra, indivisible, and the words of the mantra that have become the essence, namely, with the three beginning with "dzina dzika." Among "of disease," etc., the vajra of disease is a disease that is difficult to cure. "By urging it on" means with the intention of expelling it. "The words of the letters are whatever is desired," which means that from these, whatever words of the mantra are desired and greatly rejoiced in, with faith, if relied upon with devotion, then by this, merit will be obtained, that is, the fruit will be obtained, like that, the form that is in accordance with it is to contemplate and think of the body of the deity. How is it? "The samaya is like a monkey," that is, the disease is like a monkey, or it may also arise from a dog. "Dog" means like a dog. Such a disease with form, from its own body, speech, and mind, that is, completely dependent on body, speech, and mind, "think separately in the places of arising," that is, arising from the body to be accomplished, examine separately

The immovable clouds that appear as seen, and the immeasurable light clouds abide, by doing so, one will be liberated from illness. In order to show the eradication of diseases for those who abide in the completion stage, "ten directions" and so on are spoken. The so-called "all Buddhas" are the nature of the aggregates of form and so on. The wise are those who possess their own consciousness. The Bodhisattvas are the eyes and so on. To that, it is to the sick person. Because of anger, it is moved by hatred, that is those. Causing death is supreme. The so-called "is supreme" is to be made as the nature of entering into light. With the combination of those meditations. The so-called "with the combination of those meditations" is, with this focus on light, whatever kind of disease, born from karma, or known and known to be born from karma, will be destroyed within seven days. Repeating again, that is, by remembering with the Vajra recitation, it will also be completely destroyed. Its explanation is "with one hundred and eight," that is, eight hundred with hundreds, reciting nine hundred times in four mandalas, that is, reciting one hundred and eight times, with that combination, diseases will also be destroyed. Or with my mantra king. That is, with the combination of blessing me, Vajra meditation, that is, the meditation that destroys diseases. The so-called "thinking with rituals" is to remember its rituals. The so-called "this is" is all the rituals just mentioned. The so-called "of all diseases" is internal and external. "Vow" is what Vajrasattva said. "Extremely difficult to surpass" is not to be surpassed. Having explained the collection of karma in this way, now entering into samadhi in the illusory samadhi, in order to show the desired dreams of those who enter into the practice of Mahamudra, "then the king" and so on are spoken. The shaking of wisdom is Vairochana Buddha and so on. Among them, the one with great light is the main one. Because of wanting to give liberation, it is desire and liberation. The so-called "Vajra Dharma" is the Great Vajradhara, who spoke in such words. "All dharmas are like dreams" is, the real

All dharmas are like dreams. "The essence is unborn" means that there is no cause for arising. In "The Suchness of self-nature purity," self-nature is luminosity. Purity thereby means being free from all defilements. What is the body of the Suchness deity? That is the Suchness of essence purity. In "The Vajra of delusion is thoroughly proclaimed," delusion is the revolving of the mind. Its vajra is pacification. Through the example of dreams, knowing that all dharmas are the same as dreams, thereby knowing the delusion of permanence and annihilation. Thus understand. "Meditation" and so on, for the two practitioners who are constantly diligent in meditation and recitation, if they constantly and continuously practice, they will see. The Buddha is the one who inwardly focuses on self-nature. Bodhisattvas are those who focus on mantras. "Appearing as two distinctions" means that through the two distinctions of having signs and being without signs, dreams appear and can be seen. Among them, for the two practitioners, what is said below is: This is a dream that shows great results, so it is a great dream. Because it does not deceive, it is the place of vows. The supreme Bodhi wisdom is luminosity, and entering into it one can see self-nature. The light of the perfect Buddha is beautiful, and one can see the body of wisdom. In the hundred paths, the yogi obtains the perfect enjoyment body of the Buddha. If he quickly sees self-nature, then he will soon realize it directly. "Great sentient beings, the three realms," means that Brahma and Indra, etc., who have great power, make offerings to the practitioner, and the practitioner can see self-nature and become like great wisdom, that is, the great Vajradhara. Seeing form, that is, one's own body, and seeing the objects such as the forms of the Buddha and the special Bodhisattvas, they constantly and certainly make offerings. Soon, the practitioner will directly realize the accomplishment of Mahamudra, up to here. Vajrasattva's
