It comes from the vajra. The meaning of words like namaḥ has already been explained. Oṃ and so on are mantras. In order to completely destroy the body, speech, and mind of vicious sentient beings, three hūṃs are spoken to make the threatening mudrā. As for "Tāru la," tāru means deliverance, that is, deliverance from all plagues and harms. La means taking that. In "Biru la," bi is vikāra, which means transformation. Ru is bhaṃga, which means destroying those. La is ādāna, which means doing the taking. "Sarva viṣa ghātaka" means destroying all poisons, that is, completely destroying the poisons arising from moving and unmoving. "Jvalita visphuliṃga" means burning, variably agitated, that is, together with fiercely burning sparks. "Aṭṭaṭṭahāsa" means together with the sound of laughter of haha. As for "Kesari saṭā ṭopa," kesari is the king of wild animals in the mountains, the lion. Saṭa is the collection of manes hanging down from above the neck. Aṭopa is pride, that is, who has pride like the mane of a lion. "Vajra khura nirdātana cālita vasudhātala" means shaking the foundation of the earth with a vajra lasso. In "Niśvāsa māruto utaṣipta dharaṇī dhara," "niśvāsa māruta" is the exhaled breath, that is, the breath of the nose. Utaṣipta means scattered. Dharaṇī dhara is the mountain, that is, he scatters the mountains upwards with his nasal breath, therefore he is called that. "Bhīṣaṇa aṭṭaṭṭahāsa" means terrifying because of laughing haha. "Apāra mita bala parākrama" refers to strength and suppressing others, having immeasurable power. These are Tibetan words. In "Ārya gaṇa bhīta bhūta gaṇa," ārya is the noble one, that is, the tathāgatas. Because they respect, they are respected by the noble ones. Bhīta means fear. Bhūta gaṇa is the assembly of spirits, that is, the assembly of asuras and so on, that is, whose assembly of spirits is fearful. " বুদ্ধ্যা বুদ্ধ্যা " (buddhya buddhya) is to awaken completely and praise for the sake of exhortation. "Hayagrīva" is calling "Hey, Hayagrīva." "Khāda khāda" means eat all the viciousness.

The main deity Hayagriva and others, are for taming them. The King of Wisdom is Amitabha, remembering him leads to attaining single-pointed meditation. The space realm belongs to the realm of the sky, and it is filled with poison. If asked, what is it like? Vajra is indestructible. Hala Hala is a distinction of poison. By urging the King of Wrath, this is called praise. All poisons are eliminated, this is called: even if Hala Hala is drunk, it can make the poison disappear. Here, the instruction is: one should contemplate the deity to be practiced as definitely being the nature of the three protectors, and then with the rays of light of the meditation deity residing in its heart, fill the entire body, and then on the palm of the right hand, on top of the moon, visualize the white letter “ཧཾ”(Tibetan, Devanagari, Haṃ, seed syllable), and then arrange “ཨོཾ་ཛྲིཾ་ཧྲིཾ་ཀྵིཾ་ས་”(Tibetan, Devanagari, Oṃ Jriṃ Hriṃ Ṣiṃ Sa, mantra) on the finger joints, starting from the crown of the head, preceded by reciting the mantra, by the action of the collection of light arranged on the hand, emitting white rays of light, like a stream of immaculate water, visualize the blue poison being expelled downwards, making it empty, in this way, one will be able to dispel the poison. Starting from "then" etc., bestowing meaningful accomplishments, the Tathagata is accomplished as not being eaten by spirits, which is the Great Vajradhara. The oath of not being eaten by spirits is the accomplishment of meaning, its enlightenment is the arising of the oath of not being eaten by spirits. That itself is auspicious, Vajra is the indestructible symbol, abiding in the meditation focused on that, from the blue Vajra pestle arises the body, speech, and mind of the wrathful deity called Blue Vajra Kilaya. The meaning of Nama etc. has been explained. Om etc. is the mantra, Ehya hi means come here, come here. Bhagavan Nilavajradanda means Blessed One Blue Vajra Scepter. Turu Turu Hulu Hulu means Turu Tvara, which is quickly, quickly. Haha means to awaken correctly. Gulu Gulu means to burn. Gulapaya Gulapaya means the retinues also burn.
