Meditating on having the characteristics of (wisdom) is to become Vairochana. The tongue itself is vajra, so it is the vajra tongue. Its action is reciting mantras. Therefore, the voice becomes like Amitabha, which is to become Amitabha. With the pride of one's own deity, abiding in the practice in the hand, if one contemplates the meaning of the mantra to be recited, one will become like a vajra. Vajra is Akshobhya. Becoming like it is to become Akshobhya. In these ways, the three secrets, namely body, speech, and mind, are the same as it, and become the essence of body, etc., so the three secret vows are Vairochana, etc. The most excellent offering among them is the offering, offering with the offering of the characteristics of fully understanding the reality of one's own deity, and then diligently practice and completely accomplish the action just mentioned. The ritual just mentioned is of all Buddhas, the secret related to all Tathagatas, which should be hidden, and the essence, that is, the most excellent ones, the ritual by which they are accumulated and collected, is called the collection of secret essence. The great secret is inviting deities, etc. The vow that should not be transgressed is the great secret vow, which is the great Vajradhara. Thus it is said, is the vow of the compiler. In order to show the close enjoyment through the classification of actions, great flesh, etc., are spoken of. The great one is a human, the flesh of those is produced from a dead corpse, so it is the supreme vow. By giving the torma with this, if one practices the three supreme vajras, one will attain abiding in the sky. Moreover, for the human flesh obtained without fault, in order to pacify all obstacles, give torma to all beings, and practice moving in the sky. The supreme vow refers to having the meaning of what is said about great flesh, etc., which is the supreme vow. If one wants to practice the vidyadhara, one should give torma. The elephant itself

The flesh of its naturally deceased body, because of desiring the five superknowledges, therefore one should offer the torma. Similarly, horse meat is for accomplishing the invisible accomplishment. In order to show the ritual to be done when the meats spoken of according to the classification of actions are not found, therefore it is said, "Dog meat, etc." Dog meat is for excellently accomplishing all the previously shown accomplishments. Similarly, enjoying the faultless beef is vajra, it is for accomplishing the summoning of difficult to accomplish hardships, etc. In order to show the ritual to be done when there is no faultless meat, therefore it is said, "All meats," etc. If one does not find the meats spoken of in this way, then one should generate the meats through visualization. Or, making human figures, etc., from flour, etc., one should contemplate separating from life from its very nature, and then accomplish with its limbs. If one does this Vajra Union, that is, the ritual of indestructible food that has just been spoken of, then the practitioner will be blessed by all the Buddhas, and will obtain the accomplishment of the desired meaning. In order to increase the deities, in order to show the ritual of satisfying them, therefore it is said, "All kinds of excellence," etc. Contemplate oneself as the Vajra holder of body, speech, and mind, that is, the Great Vajra Holder, and below that, on the lunar disc located on the lotus in the heart, contemplate the wisdom commitment, that is, the wisdom being. Again, in its heart, contemplate the samadhi being, and on the crown of the head, that is, in the place of the fontanelle, contemplate the one called Vajra Holder, that is, the Great Vajra Holder, from which nectar drips like a collection of moonlight, contemplate that the commitment and wisdom of all the Buddhas, and the one known as the samadhi being, are satisfied and pleased. This which has just been spoken of is the most excellent of all commitments, and is special, therefore it is the supreme commitment. With such a supreme commitment, O practitioner. All commitments are the wisdom vajra of those practitioners is bodhi.
