The mingling of relative and ultimate truths is 'union'. That which arises from secrecy is the particularity of that itself; secrecy is luminosity. That which arises from that is the nature of non-dual wisdom, up to the point of being called the Great Vajradhara, that is, the ultimate. 'The Secret of all Tathagatas' means the secret passed down from one to another of all the Tathagatas, and it should be concealed. The vajra essence is the Tathagatas. The characteristic of those becoming one is 'union'. That very reality is what arises as it is. 'Then' means immediately after, the bodhicitta vajra spoke these words to all the Tathagatas. 'Excellent, excellent' means to accept, indicating the desire to manifest the meaning of what was asked. The word 'however' is for discernment. 'If all the Tathagatas also give rise to doubt' means that here, the Tathagatas and Bodhisattvas should be regarded as yogis who are still learning. For Buddhas and Bodhisattvas who have abandoned afflictions together with their predispositions, there is no doubt. Here, 'Tathagata' refers to a person like a jewel, whose roots of virtue are fully ripened, who has gone beyond hearing, who desires to manifest Buddhahood itself, and whose lineage is certain. The meaning of 'union' is that if one is separated from the guru's instructions, then these are not their objects either, because they are free from discernment. What need is there to mention other Bodhisattvas?

Therefore. Why is it that such a distinction of qualities is also called a precious person? It is a manifestation of meaning, which is explained according to the intention. The secret of all Tathagatas' body, speech, and mind is that vows and precepts are completely transformed into three types, which is the literal meaning. The secret of all Tathagatas' body, speech, and mind is the three letters, which is the general meaning. The secret of all Tathagatas' body, speech, and mind is the three wisdoms, which are the manifestation of nature and possess the mount of wind, which is the hidden meaning. The secret of all Tathagatas' body, speech, and mind is the nature body of wisdom, which is the ultimate meaning. The words arising from the Vajra Samaya of all Tathagatas are connected to the request to bless and reveal. The blessing of all Tathagatas is to enter into the body, etc., which is the action. By what blessing? It is said that the words arising from the Vajra Samaya of all Tathagatas are the literal meaning. The Vajra Samaya of all Tathagatas is the body Vajra, etc. The words arising from them are the seed syllables that generate them, which is the general meaning. Vajra Samaya is the union of the two organs. The words arising from it are the bindu of Bodhicitta. Being blessed by it is to perform empowerment, which is the hidden meaning. Vajra Samaya is luminosity. The words arising from it are the Great Emptiness, the Utmost Emptiness, and Emptiness itself. Being blessed by it is that the Bhagavan makes the two divine bodies manifest in the continuum of beings to be tamed, and please truly reveal it, which is the ultimate meaning. After praying in this way, the Bhagavan knows that they have prayed, and for the sake of empowering them, he emanates the Mandala of Wisdom. Wisdom itself is a lamp, hence it is called the Lamp of Wisdom, which is the literal meaning. The Lamp of Wisdom is the immovable one because it illuminates the continuum of sentient beings with wisdom, which is the general meaning. Wisdom
