At the base of the left hand, The Sugata whom others cannot defeat, The one who dwells in the lotus of the mouth, Is the Tathagata Hayagriva. The one who dwells in the secret place, The Tathagata Amrita Whirl. The one who dwells on the right arm, The Tathagata Achala. The one who dwells on the left arm, The Tathagata Desire King. The one who dwells on the right knee, The Tathagata Blue Staff Holder. The one who dwells on the left knee, The Tathagata Mahabala. The one who dwells on one's own crown, The Tathagata Chakravartin. The one who dwells underneath the feet, The Tathagata Gunavati. In this very body, in all places here, All the Tathagatas dwell. That which is called the mandala of the body, The Vajra Acharya's own body. The body of all the Buddhas is complete, These are all completely enlightened Buddhas. The one who has well explained the Vajra, Will enter into Nirvana. The one who quickly attains Nirvana, Your merit is fully ripened. Therefore, in the body of the Vajra Acharya, All the Victors dwell. To see is to have meaning, oh! In the future, a great Bodhisattva. Therefore, all sentient beings, Should diligently rely on the Lama. Thereafter, the seer is endowed with meaning, The Bodhisattva is of great renown. Joyful, pleased, and exceedingly delighted, Having prostrated, tears flow. Thus it is said in the Vajra Garland. With this knowledge, in the painted mandala also, one should arrange thirty-two deities. Having made the basis of discussion, whatever the meaning is, it is the meaning of establishment. The remaining meanings of the tantra have been explained there, but it is not the appropriate time. From the Secret Assembly of the Body, Speech, and Mind Secrets of all the Tathagatas, the chapter called "Blessing the Samadhi Mandala of all the Tathagatas," is so named because it is made by looking at the Body, Speech, and Mind Secrets and comprehending them in the mind. The Secret Assembly is the blessing of the Samadhi Mandala, and that is what it is called. The chapter is like using a "za-der" cloth to cover the mouth and nose to prevent mosquitoes and flies from harming, similarly, the meaning of the tantra prevents the near harm of afflictions, karma, and birth.

Because what is like clothing is a chapter (ལེའུ།). Because it takes and holds, the collection of scriptures that it proclaims is also called a chapter (ལེའུ།). In the extensive commentary called "Making Tara Clear," it is explained by the six aspects of the first chapter. First Chapter: Explaining the generation and completion stages separately through six aspects.
