Dwelling in that state, great peace will be done. When the mandala of great power dwells in the lotus of the anus, when that arises, the rays appear yellow, and remain for half a thun, at that time the work of increase will be done. When the fire mandala dwells in the lotus of the secret place, when that arises, the rays appear red, and remain for half a thun, at that time the work of subjugation and summoning will be done. When the wind mandala dwells in the lotus of the navel, when that arises, the rays appear black and blue, and remain for half a thun, at that time fierce work will be done. Now we shall enter the chapter, beginning with "Then," etc. All the Tathagatas are Akshobhya, etc. The samaya is the goddesses. The lord of these is the great Vajradhara. Peace is the near pacification of epidemics, etc. Because it does that, it is the samaya of peace. It is supreme because it is thus distinguished, and it is absorbed in the distinction of the state of samadhi called "That." All the Tathagatas are the practitioners. Because they are to be held by them, they are consorts, that is, dharani mantras, and their body, speech, and mind are extracted from the Vajra Samucchaya and spoken. Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ།, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Om) etc. are mantras, and the name is Emanation, as it says in the Vajraśekhara Tantra: Initially endowed with Om, finally endowed with Svaha, this is Emanation, with the work of peace, mantra masters should know. Having shown the name of the mantra, the meaning of the mantra will be explained, that is to say, the letters A (Tibetan: ཨ།, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, literal Chinese meaning: A) and, U (Tibetan: ཨུ།, Devanagari: उ, Romanized Sanskrit: u, literal Chinese meaning: U) and, Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ།, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Om), having become the nature of the three vajras, it is called Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ།, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Om). It is to take merit. As for Ruru, the sound of Ru is the abode of the deities of the mantra. Pūru is Pūru Spharaṇa, which means to make clear. Jvala means please be very radiant. Tiṣṭha means please abide in order to fulfill all my thoughts. Siddha Locane means the unobstructed accomplished Locana, whoever has what kind of eyes is called Siddha Locane. Sarva Artha Sadhani, this is translated into Tibetan as "May all purposes be accomplished," Svaha (Tibetan: སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Devanagari: स्वाहा, Romanized Sanskrit: svāhā, literal Chinese meaning: Svaha)

It is the seed that makes peace manifest. In order to generate the glory of peace here, mantras should be propagated. How should they be propagated? One should recite "So-and-so, pacify, do (Śāntiṃ kuru)" before Svāhā. Here, the letters of the mantra, flowers, offerings, and so on should all be visualized as being white in color. Then, in "that" and so on, this dhāraṇī, just by being spoken, that is, in the very moment of being instructed, all beings rejoice. It means that one wishes all sentient beings to be free from illness. Buddha Vajra is Vairocana, and by remembering him, one becomes pleased and satisfied, and by being pleased, one attains single-pointedness. Buddhas are those who wish to manifest as practitioners. They cause peace to arise, and not only do they cause peace to arise, but they also accomplish all actions perfectly through the distinctions of exhortation, color, and thought. Vajra Samaya is Vairocana, and because he exhorts him, it is said, "Vajra Samaya exhorts," which is the dhāraṇī. Because it causes death to decline, it is said, "It causes death to revive," and these are the powers of the mantra that are spoken. "Spoken" means that the Bhagavan Great Vajradhara spoke it, and this is a concluding word. Then, in "that" and so on, the Bhagavan is the Great Vajradhara. The three bodies are the three realms. In order to follow them equally, it is said that the samaya of the three bodies is Wrathful. That itself is indivisible, so it is Vajra. What is that? It is the Vajra Wrathful One of the Samaya of the Three Bodies, that is, the Bhagavan. Objects are obstacles. Because there are none of those, it is without objects. Its samaya is not to be transgressed. That itself is indivisible, so it is Vajra, abiding in and focusing on that which is called samādhi. All Vajra Holders, because they destroy all the wicked, are Vajra Holders. His supreme consort is like the supreme one among consorts, becoming the chief of all dhāraṇīs, and the body, speech, and mind of this one are drawn from the Vajra. In "Oṃ" and so on, the name is emanation, and the meaning of Oṃ has already been explained. Śaṃ kare.
