It is the activity. Thus it is declared that, abiding in the samadhi of the generation stage, having obtained the siddhi of the commissioned one by the method just spoken, having pleased the Tathagata, manifesting the samadhi of the perfection stage, one will obtain the state of the great Vajradhara. The Blessed One spoke the Vajra of Vows, saying, "Thus it is," which is the great Vajradhara. Among them, "This is," etc., all the commissioned ones are worldly and transworldly ones. It should be hidden, therefore it is secret. For the sake of accomplishing them, it is called Vajra Secret, which is the secret activity truly revealed by Vajrasattva. Vajrasattva, etc., Vajrasattva is the immovable one. Its great wisdom is the nature of mind, the letter (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum). The Vajra of Speech is immeasurable light. Since it holds and generates it, it is the holder of the Vajra of Speech, the letter (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah). The Vajra Body is Vairochana. Its great laughter is the generating letter (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om), with these three letters, starting from generating the commissioned ones, one should always encourage and bless them at all times. Among them, "That" refers to the place for accomplishing the commissioned one. What is said below is Vajra Wisdom, the Tathagatas, etc., their wheel is the retinue. The mantra words made by them, the place of their vows, is the time that cannot be transgressed, and also the four kinds differentiated by the encouragement of vows, etc. Vow encouragement, etc., the vow is the command of the great Vajradhara. Encouraging with it is praying. Vow giving is giving that vow to all activities, accomplishing the meaning of the vow. Vow calling is calling from that vow, combining with the name and making it a vow. Vow binding is binding to it and definitely transforming it with force. Having accomplished thus, what does one do? "Vast space" etc. are spoken, which is the limit of the sky.

Vast and boundless, pure and without obscurations, all dharmas are completely abandoned. Thus, even the sky beyond sight is known as a mass. Even a tangible object, with its own nature, as hard as a vajra, if urged by a practitioner, those who are employed can accomplish it. What need is there to mention the accomplishment of others? This is said to be an excellent quality. The Bhagavan, the only son of all Buddhas, is said to be Vajrasattva, the great being, who is the only son of all Buddhas. Now, in order to show how to subdue kings and others, the Buddha and others are spoken of. A Buddha is one who possesses wisdom and belongs to the lineage of treatises. Vajrasattva is steadfast. If they wish to subdue them and place them in their own manifest desires, then "hold the three vajra samayas." The nature of the body and so on is the body of the great Manjushri, the great secret, the hidden one. This meaning, which will be explained below, should be contemplated and meditated upon. How should one contemplate and meditate? Therefore, it is said, "Vajra is gentle," and so on. In an instant, one's own self becomes the great power of Vajra Manjushri, and even what is difficult to accomplish can be accomplished. "In the midst of the vajra of space," one should contemplate and meditate on what arises from the clear light. As for "the combination of the five arrows," the five arrows are pride, ignorance, universal ignorance, fainting, and mindlessness. The combination of these is shooting. As for "at the top of the crown of the head," one should rejoice in the supreme accomplishment, which is to be shot. How should one shoot? As for "in the five places, knowing the mantra," that is, in the heart, crown of the head, eyes, secret place, and feet, in the five places, knowing the mantra, the mantra practitioner who knows the seed syllables, with the vajra wrathful one, that is, with a superior intention, should firmly subdue and meditate on the five arrows. As for "the mind of a child is great fame," a child is Manjushri, and whatever is thought of in that wisdom is the mind of a child.
