"Non-discrimination" refers to the recitation without missing any of the limbs. "Possessing wisdom" means reciting twenty-one thousand six hundred times day and night. This is the order of Vajra recitation. Alternatively, the Buddha is the mother of the three kinds of omniscience, which is wisdom like bright pus. Not to violate it is to practice through the gate of self-nature purity, and non-contamination means that it will not be harmed by the stains of faults arising from self-nature. As long as the yogi considers the Buddha to be the appearance of the moon mandala, non-discrimination is the appearance of the sun mandala, and the so-called possessing wisdom is the accomplishment of the appearance of light without the appearance of the sun and moon, which is the order of purifying the mind. Alternatively, the Buddha-mother is only light. To please her is to suddenly emanate an illusory body from her, and non-contamination means that it cannot be controlled by practice related to appearances. However, one should focus on the deity's body in the twelve similes of illusions such as the city of Gandharvas, and the three realms should also be regarded as its nature. Therefore, the Buddha is the wisdom body without bones and flesh, which the yogi can accomplish. Non-discrimination is to be free from the practice of the moon and vajra, etc. Similarly, wisdom is wisdom without elaboration, and whoever possesses it is the wise yogi, which is the order of self-blessing. Similarly, the Buddha-mother is the fourth suchness by abandoning desire and so on. To please her is to gradually become accustomed to it through the order of appearances, etc., and non-contamination means that it will not be contaminated by coarse discriminations. As long as the Buddha, that is, the actualized Bodhi is accomplished, it will arise. If you ask what it is like? Non-discrimination is possessing the samadhi of complete grasping. Possessing wisdom is the yogi who is the chief destroyer afterwards, which is the order of actualized Bodhi. Similarly, the mother of the Buddha is the samadhi of the nature of the two truths being inseparable. To please her is Blessings!

Depending on that, one who is not tainted will not be touched by the discriminations of Brahmins, Chandalas, etc. Therefore, the Buddha is accomplished by non-abiding nirvana. Non-discrimination is a samadhi like a vajra. Wisdom is all-pervading light; whoever possesses this light is wise, that is, attained by the yogi who has attained Buddhahood. This is the order of union. Similarly, the Mother is wisdom. The Buddha is the yogi, the one who has accomplished the meaning of the first. The chief is that both should be practiced very much. What should be pleased is what has been truly joined. What is not tainted is what is not grasped by the discriminations of the Shravakas, etc. Thus, the Buddha, with the yogi who possesses the true union of what is to be accomplished and what accomplishes, for the subsequent activities of approaching accomplishment, etc., is non-discrimination itself, and the wise one will attain the wisdom that possesses the discriminating wisdom. That is nature. The Mother is the lotus. The Buddha is the vajra. What should please them is true union, and what is not tainted is that one should not slander with the mind. The meaning of accomplishment, etc., is as before, that is its cause. The Mother is the letter (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum). The Buddha is the letter (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Devanagari: फट, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Phat). They are the chief for the sake of raining. What should be pleased is to make a movement of laughing beforehand to them, and what is not tainted is that one should not be separated from joy, that is, one should not make the bodhicitta decline. The rest is as before. As it is said: 'After entering the bhaga (Devanagari: भग, Romanized Sanskrit: bhaga, Literal Chinese meaning: bhaga) from the linga (Devanagari: लिंग, Romanized Sanskrit: liṅga, Literal Chinese meaning: linga), one should not make the bodhicitta decline. If that joy is disturbed, what mind should one meditate on? One should not make the bodhicitta decline, until the mantra practitioner has not done it, whatever joy-born bliss may be, one should always obtain it without interruption. One should always meditate on the nature of that bliss, possessing excellence and peace, and self, then accomplishment is certain here without doubt.' Accomplishment, giving all. If the bodhicitta declines, then the aggregate of consciousness faints, where is the unsurpassed accomplishment? Thus it is said. That is action. Or else, the Buddha is the ten faculties and objects.
