Not paying homage to the Three Jewels is because, with the order of completely purifying the mind, just as ghee abides in ghee, it is because the aspect of entering into the very teachings of Vajradhara exists. If it is done for the sake of sentient beings, there is no fault, and it is granted to the yogis of the generation stage, this is the distinction. That is self-blessing, as well as complete purification of the mind, as well as the order of Vajra recitation, etc. Thereafter, etc., all poisons are the poisons of the stable and the moving, those that bring forth and dispel and subdue, are abiding in that very nature, drawing out means moving from one place to another, taking out from one's own body, etc. On the wheel in the center of the heart of the one to be accomplished, placing it on top of the lunar mandala, contemplate the letter Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ།, हुं, hūṃ, Hūṃ) with a garland of blazing white light, when drawing it upwards, if one meditates on hooking the poison, then that patient will vomit poison. Likewise, in the hole of the foot, contemplate the mandala of the great powerful one, surrounded by a vajra fence and pervaded by yellow light, then at that time the poison will become stiff, likewise, according to the order spoken of in the fifteenth chapter, hook the poison with smoke-like rays of light and cause it to enter the body of the malicious one. The letter Āḥ (ཨཱཿ, आः, āḥ, Ā) should also be placed in the heart, like yellow, one should contemplate yellow-black, it is to abandon poison. That very nature should be declared, the three vajra rays of samaya. Etc.

Sum is the body. Eliminating its faults, therefore it is included in order to include peace and so on. Here, the idea is this: In the center of the twelve-spoked variety of vajras, draw an eight-spoked wheel. On the spokes of the central wheel, write the letter ཧཾ (Tibetan, Devanagari ham, Romanized ham, literal meaning: Hum), and after that, write the name of the one to be accomplished with the mantra called "Jin Jika," and on the spokes of the wheel, such as the east, write the mantras of Akshobhya and so on. For the monks, write the mantras of the goddess's eyes and so on. In the positions of the spokes such as the east, slightly behind, write the root mantras of the four wrathful deities such as Yamantaka. Surround the outside with "Hulu Hulu" and so on. Some say that in the center, write the name of the one to be accomplished and the letter ཧཾ (Tibetan, Devanagari ham, Romanized ham, literal meaning: Hum) combined with it, and on the spokes, write "Hulu Hulu" and so on. Starting from "Then," the ritual of Vajra eye medicine will be explained. Places such as the crossroads of the road are very famous. Regarding "Great Fat," make a trunk made of lotus and Argha threads spun by a girl. Moisten it with the five amritas, and on... On the eighth or fourteenth day, धारण (dharana, holding) the form of any of the wrathful deities such as Yamantaka, ignite the fire with great fat, and recite the mantra of the wrathful deity one hundred and eight times in the skull. The yogi, naked and with disheveled hair, binding the directions, and intoxicated with grape wine, should let the eye medicine drip onto the three supports of the skull. Then take it, and when the heat decreases, smoke appears, and it drips, it symbolizes the signs. After that, in containers such as Zamatok, offer with the mantra of the wrathful deity and take it. Anoint the two eyes, and the three kinds of accomplishments, namely the accomplishment of walking in the sky, such as holding the knowledge of the wheel, etc.; the accomplishment of walking on the earth, such as control and attraction, etc.; and the accomplishment of walking underground, such as entering underground and being intimate with the daughters of Asuras, etc. These will be accomplished. Samantabhadra, the great Vajradhara who bestows the bliss of all accomplishments, said so.
