manifestations, but not ultimately real. Because in the ultimate truth, there is no distinction between male and female, and with this intention, the Bhagavan performs the wonderful dance of enlightenment. The Bhagavan manifests from his own body mandala, and the Tathagatas, etc., appear externally in female form, which is an incomplete statement. In order to explain those that have appeared, it is said, "Among them, some" and so on. Buddha-locana is the nature of the earth element. When she looks at them, she is extremely pure, hence Buddha-locana. Mamaqi, where Ma (Sanskrit Devanagari: मा, Sanskrit Romanization: mā, Chinese literal meaning: moon) is the moon, is the water element. In order to realize and destroy, she is Mamaqi, meaning the water element is extremely pure. Pandara is the nature of the fire element, burning afflictions and discriminations, and possessing the white garment of the ultimate truth, hence Pandara. Tara is the nature of the wind element, quickly liberating from the cycle of birth and death of the twelve links of dependent origination, hence Tara. Similarly, like "Some are like the nature of form," etc., it is not only the goddesses of the pure nature of earth, etc., that appear alone, but also form, sound, smell, taste, and touch, the nature of the extremely pure objects, the Vajra Mothers of form, sound, smell, taste, and touch, etc., arise and abide, this is the meaning. These are the generation stage and completion stage. Thus, the retinue of goddesses is displayed in order to manifest the great samaya mandala. Therefore, it is said, "Then," and so on. Achala, is the one who follows the great Vajradhara, is the vajra of the mind. Here, he is the main deity. The nature of all the Tathagatas, or the one blessed by the seed of all the Tathagatas, is the consort of self-appearing wisdom.

Yes. The nature of form and so on, which is completely pure, and which becomes the basis of the five, such as Rūpa Vajramātṛ, is the great Samaya Mandala. And what is that like? "Quadrangular" means possessing the qualities of a quadrangle, and similarly, "dustless" means being blessed as the nature of jewels and so on, and is the sequence of seeds such as the moon and the vajra, which is the remainder of the sentence. And what is the Samaya wheel like? "Clear" and so on means that clarity is the nature of jewels, and therefore it becomes clear. "Its nature" means that it will never become defiled. "Various forms" means the five colors. "Buddha universally covers like a cloud," that is, manifesting countless protections for the benefit of beings. "Rays of light radiate, many intertwine," which means being covered by a collection of lights and also manifesting them externally. "Clear and other mandalas" means having the mandalas of the moon and the sun. "Tathāgata" means being the abode of the mandala assembly that will be explained below. "Abode is the basis." "Blessing" means combining with the previous. How does one act after transforming? It is said, "Then" and so on. That is, that Bhagavan is the master of the body, speech, and mind of all the Tathāgatas, and is immovable by following the Great Vajradhara. The center of the mandala of all the Tathāgatas, that is, being placed in the center of the Great Samaya Mandala, means that one's own nature is placed in the position of the main deity of the mandala. It is said in this way that on one side of the first level there are eyes and so on, and in the corners of the second level there are Rūpa Vajramātṛ and so on, and Sparśa Vajramātṛ and so on, embracing inseparably with self-manifesting wisdom, this is the supreme mandala king. The immovable Tathāgata is the Great Vajradhara. Everything is the secret place, the Tathāgata is the heart, the Vajra is the navel, and the Vajramātṛ is the secret place. The quadrangle is the center of the earth.

Khor ro. The one without dust is the mandala of water. The great samaya is the mandala of wind. The mandala is the mandala of fire. Blessing is through contemplation. The clarity in those mandalas is the wheel of light rays, its essence is the nature of the Tathagata. Various forms are red, yellow, and green, all arising from the right, left, and both sides. The Buddha cloud pervades all, covered by the lotus, jewel, and karma vajra lord. The disturbance of radiating light is held in the form of light rays at the tip of the nose. Possessing mandalas such as clarity, with the nature of the moon and sun, the two winds move like a water wheel. Therefore, all Tathagatas are the abode of the four peaceful and other activities, which is the meaning of being the foundation. Having meditated thus, the master of body, speech, and mind of all Tathagatas is the three syllables. All Tathagatas are placed in the center of the secret and other fire mandalas, which is called joy, and is the order of vajra recitation. Thus, if the Bhagavan resides in the center of the great samaya mandala, where do the five Tathagatas enter? The words "from then on" and so on are spoken. The five Tathagatas, such as Akshobhya, are the bodhicitta vajra, residing in the heart of the mandala's main deity, which is to abide. In order to subdue beings of desire, in the midst of the goddesses ༄། །Who resides, so now the Tathagatas are no longer needed, it is the king of karma. Again, the words "from then on" are the five Tathagatas, such as Akshobhya. Those five amritas are practiced in the order of purification and so on, and the bodhicitta vajra should be firmly established in the nature of bodhicitta. The essence is the blessing of the mantra, and abiding is experiencing, which is practice. This is the ritual of the Bhagavan, how the Dharma that is taught arises in the beginning.
