These are the accomplishments such as holding the earth mother. The supreme is clairvoyance and so on. From which chapter is it taught, it is explained as such. In the commentary on the tantra, the explanation of the sixteen meanings of the words in the twelfth chapter. The number of verses in the twelfth chapter is four hundred and fifty. Chapter Thirteen: Explaining the Collection of Actions Oṃ. The yogi who has perfected the great mudra performs the collection of actions for the benefit of sentient beings. Therefore, the thirteenth chapter will be taught. Starting with "Then," etc., it is said that after the great mudra has been perfected, the Bhagavan is for the purpose of subduing afflictions. All the Sugatas, such as Akshobhya, prostrate to the Bhagavan, and then combine with the Vajra Song. What is Akshobhya like? There are five wisdoms, such as the mirror-like one. The supreme is the peaceful and other actions that arise from them. Because of holding them, it is the supreme holder of wisdom vajra. All sentient beings enter the city of nirvana for the sake of all beings, the truly arising one is the emanation of the Great Vajradhara. Likewise, the Bodhisattva is Maitreya and so on. Intelligence is the goddess eye and so on. Whoever has them is intelligent. This should be done to the Tathagatas. What is the Bhagavan like? The great one is the one who shows to Akshobhya and so on, so he is the great one. He subdues the wicked with various collections of actions, so he is the capable one. Everything is the meaning of body, speech, and mind. The action of making it without self-nature is the Vajra recitation. It itself is immovable, so it is the Vajra. Because he shows it, all meanings have Vajra. Offerings are outer, inner, secret, etc., and vows are to be protected and eaten, etc. The truth of these is the one who understands the ultimate truth, so prostrating to him is reverence. Oṃ. The song is the word of supplication with faith, what is said is the exposition, that is, the generation stage and the order of Vajra recitation and practice, etc. Emaho is wonderful. The Buddha's conduct is very good, which is the one who has perfected the great mudra.

Whatever the Blessed One has spoken is wondrous. Similarly, the excellent way of enlightenment, such as the stages of practice for achieving siddhis by those who hold the knowledge of the wheel, is also wondrous. Similarly, the excellent way of Dharma, such as taming and practicing with iron hooks, is also wondrous. Similarly, by holding the method of mantra, the mantra is the yoga of the four vajras and six limbs. The way is the blessing of body, speech, and mind, which is wondrous. Therefore, we shall explain all of these. Although it is understood, the teachings of the Blessed One appear to us as follows: Dharma, these stable and moving objects, if analyzed in the ultimate sense, are unborn, that is, they are born from the very beginning. Similarly, the special feature is that it exists beyond the concept that this is an existing object. Therefore, non-discrimination transcends the discrimination of names and lineages, etc. If there is a subject, then thoughts enter the minds of worldly people about the dharmas. This is through knowledge. Therefore, the true is beyond the realm of speech, and cannot be expressed as existence or non-existence. Similar to that, the arising of wisdom in the realm of the skandhas and other dharmas is the suchness of the Great Vajradhara, enjoying the Sambhogakaya with illusion-like samadhi. The most excellent explanation is the teaching, which is wondrous. The teachings of the Blessed One, which are similar to this, are very kind, and we have realized them. However, the Blessed One has attained great power, please explain the non-dual wisdom vajra recitation, please grant instructions. How is it? It is pleasing, that is, beyond the elaboration of speech.

It is like this. Day and night, it runs continuously like a bucket wheel, so like a wheel, it is a wheel. Or from water wheels and so on, it arises with distinctions such as right, so it is a wheel. Such Vajra recitation, saying "please explain," is a request for explanation. Whoever meditates on the indivisible three Vajras, through the order of recitation without missing limbs, will attain wisdoms such as the mirror-like Buddha wisdom. Similarly, through the practice of Vajra recitation, being blessed by all Buddhas, the yogi will become the nature of all Buddhas. The sole Vajra recitation is not spoken by the Bhagavan, however, as long as the lineage is the distinction of the five Tathagatas, all new mantras are the distinction of Vajradhara. How is it? The signs of body, speech, and mind are symbolized by the luminosity of body, speech, and mind themselves, and whoever attains it, that is what is declared. And how is it? Mantras are summarized into the nature of three letters, and their recitation is free from intonation. Saying "today," it means please grant teachings. The ocean of wisdom is these Bodhisattvas, and our hearing is manifesting it after hearing. Because of the Bhagavan, we, having heard and seen in this way, arising from the three times, are the Buddhas who dwell in the past, future, and present.
