Furthermore, among them, the vow of practice, such as "that," is to make speech into limitless appearance. The object on which they rely is also explained as such. Dharma is limitless appearance. Because the twelve-spoke wheel of Dharma is well-turned, it is the path of speech. Because it possesses white garments, it is auspicious. Such speech Vajra blesses speech, which is to request that it truly abide. The so-called "ten directions," etc., is to pray through the door of the emanation body, as before. The blessing of mind should be explained. Among them, the so-called "that," etc., great is mind, and its practice is to make it immovable. That is the vow, and the samadhi that possesses that object is also explained as such. Vajra mind-holder is immovable. Because it possesses Mamaki, it is auspicious. The so-called "three indestructible Vajras," etc., is as before. The so-called "ten directions," etc., is also to pray through the door of the emanation body as before. The necessity of explaining the blessing of body, speech, and mind should be explained. Among the so-called "Buddha," etc., Buddha is the yogi of Vairochana, Vajra Dharma is the yogi of limitless appearance, and Vajrasattva is the yogi of immovable. If those yogis, due to ignorance, read and transcend those verses from among the seed mantras spoken in the sixth chapter, then those yogis will be shattered into dust. The mantras of those yogis will also become the nature of inert matter, because they are blessed by the Tathagatas, etc. Therefore, one should not be attached to the mere letters of the mantra, because it is like their life, and it is blessed by the Tathagatas, etc. As it is said: "Mantra is the nature of letters." etc., will appear. The Vajra of all the Tathagatas is Vairochana, etc. The union of these is the perfection of the Great Seal. The vows are the iron hooks, etc. Practice is the principle of the wheel.
