is the conventional truth. KAṢA is the ultimate truth, etc., are the meanings of mantras. The collection of mantras is the outer form of letters, which should be arranged in four mandalas. Among them, the center is the four vowels and the letter HA. The petals have eight clarifiers. For example, A ĀĪ HA are in the center and east, etc., of the secret mandala of the earth's nature. The eight petals are KA KHA GA GHA CA CHA JA JHA. Similarly, in the center of the navel mandala is the letter HA, in the directions are U Ū Ṛ Ṝ, and on the petals are ṬA ṬHA ḌA ḌHA TA THA DA DHA. Similarly, in the center of the heart mandala is HA, in the directions are Ḷ Ḹ, E AI, and on the petals are PA PHA BA BHA YA RA LA VA. Similarly, in the center of the throat mandala is the letter HA, in the east and other directions are O AU AṂ Ā, and on the petals are ṄA ÑA ṆA NA ŚA ṢA SA MA. Relying on those four mandalas, the Bhagavati Mother, the outer form of letters, accomplishes all actions. For example, the yellow rays of light arising from the earth mandala, moving in two places, increase; the greenish-yellow arising from the left attracts; the white moving slowly, arising from two places, pacifies; and the red arising from the right subjugates. They themselves, in order, are Ratnasambhava, Amoghasiddhi, Akshobhya, and Amitabha, the deities residing separately. Whoever is Vairochana, pervading all bodies, resides relying on the pervasive form of the letter ṨA, and there is no distinction or collection of rays of light in that. That only appears outwardly at the time of death, and is called ṨA because it is exhausted. Also in the 'Extensive Action' it is said: 'The wind dwelling in all bodies, is the one who enters into all actions, this is the nature of Vairochana, it will arise from the dying body.' Thus it is said. Therefore, the sound SĀCCHA that appears when burning a dead body, whatever sound appears is the nature of the letter ṨA. Thus the collection of mantras is explained. After that, the suchness of the mantra is suchness, the true limit, emptiness, and the Buddha.

It is, named Vajradhara. Thus, all mantras are of the nature of vowels (Tibetan: ཨཱ་ལི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अलि, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: ali, literal Chinese meaning: Ali) and consonants (Tibetan: ཀཱ་ལི, Sanskrit Devanagari: कलि, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: kali, literal Chinese meaning: Gali). They also arise from the eight-spoked wheel of the Dharmadhatu in the realm of luminosity, with life propelled by the wind, and dissolve into it. They also become objects of focus like sound and image. As stated in the "Differentiation Chapter": Just as clouds are of various kinds, with different colors and shapes, arising in the realm of the sky, they dissolve into it. Likewise, all natures are the cause of the three existences, and after being fully utilized, they enter into the realm of luminosity. Thus it is said. Although natures have been mentioned there, sound is the cause of discrimination, so nature and sound are considered to be non-different. The Commentary on the Mind of Enlightenment also says: Just as the sweetness of sugarcane and the heat of fire are nature, likewise, the emptiness of all dharmas is considered to be nature. The noble Maitreya also said: Because the Dharmadhatu is without distinction, different kinds are possible. By the distinctions of the dependent dharmas, it is completely distinguished. Thus it is said. Therefore, the nature of luminosity, suchness, is the meaning of mantra. Therefore, the nature of complete purity, the Bhagavati Mother, the alphabet is the way of mantra. It also bestows enjoyment and liberation upon yogis. In the King of Tantras, the Glorious Vajra Underground, it says: Then, I will explain further. To you, Vajradhara, just by knowing it, one will attain the desired accomplishment. The forty-nine kinds of differentiated letters, abiding unchangeably. The cause of the nature of all purity, the alphabet is the goddess. All forms are also without form, all mudras are the best to hold, the nature of the mind is inconceivable, pervading all sentient beings. This is the wisdom first spoken, this world is pervaded by it, it is the birthplace of all sentient beings, it is the nature of all mantras. By the Dharma nature of protecting through realization, following all realization. The collection of mantras.
