The mantra for that is: Om Anale Kundali, (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨ་ན་ལེ་ཀུནྡྷ་ལི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ अनले कुन्दलि, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ anale kundali, literal meaning: Om, Anale, Kundali) Grihna Pinda Pishachini Svaha. In the thirty-two thousand verse Great Black Tantra, the Blessed Mother asked: O teacher of the world! For the sake of all sentient beings, how can all sentient beings be freed from old age, death, and disease? The Blessed One replied: O virtuous woman, the meaning you have asked, for the sake of all sentient beings, I will explain the unmoving bliss. Listen with a respectful mind. More secret than the secret is, great bliss is attained through binding. The method of going upwards and grasping is spoken, the wind is completely bound. Like water in a vase, violently shaking, after the mind is stabilized, then the semen can also be held.
