以广大咒语之威力， 善逝转轮王的威力， 天神之主、龙之主等， 如意珍宝之藏等吉祥， 青春寿命自在无病乐， 功德增长之聚增盛。 八辐轮宝珍宝串， 以文字环绕而庄严， 殊胜种姓天神之名咒， 以坛城广大之方式安立。 所思所写所布置之物， 加持稳固不变而住。 示现佛法心性之方式， 与金刚拳手二者， 以寂等之眼观视之， 能息灭一切时疫之要害。 结金刚拳手二者， 小指如铁钩般相连， 并拢手指之尖端按压， 能遣除一切疾病。 完全转变而举起后， 于额头善妙安放， 无余一切所有之， 能息灭一切痛苦。 作金刚结印之后， 手指互相显现相向， 能解脱一切刺痛， 且无一切疾病之损害。 成就者以吉祥之眼缚结， 因此盲者亦能见。 以具足之殊胜拳手， 之后从口中正直饮用， 如是时疫损害诸毒， 以具足拳手之方式饮用。 嗡 萨瓦 达塔嘎尔巴 达弥 吽。（藏文：ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་གརྦྦྷ་ཏ་མིས་ཧོ།，梵文天城体：ॐ सर्व तथागर्भ तमिः हो，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sarva tathāgarbha tamiḥ ho，汉语字面意思：嗡，一切，如来藏，达弥，吽。） 此乃耳边念诵之殊胜，无刺痛且炽燃之殊胜， 右手结菩萨之顶髻印， 守护孩童无病安乐。 右手龙首昂首百次， 示现炽燃之相并降伏， 能调伏毒害之业， 乃至能令死亡亦复生之殊胜。 右手拇指与无名指二者， 触碰左手所结之拳手之， 无名指， 能令一切邪魔灰飞烟灭。 缚结二者之三股辫， 二无名指结为结， 具足手指与小指之尖端， ༄། ། 金刚手印完全转变举起， 安放于眉间，空行母之， 事业无余无身成就。 以加持咒语和手印之威力， 象、鸟、马、行走之众生， 花园、花朵、草木等， 一切滋养无与伦比。 一切自性皆具足之， 三处收摄幻轮之印， 共同口诀。

Eight-spoked wheel, precious garland, Adorned with a garland of encircling letters, The mantra of the supreme lineage deity's name, Is arranged in the manner of an expanding mandala. Things that are thought of, written, and arranged, Blessings remain stable and unchanging. Showing the way of Dharma and mind, And the two vajra fists, If viewed with peaceful and other gazes, It completely eliminates all the key points of epidemics. Having bound the two vajra fists, The little fingers are connected like iron hooks, The tips of the aligned fingers are pressed down, It averts all diseases. Having completely transformed and lifted it, It should be properly placed on the forehead, Without leaving any remaining, It eliminates all suffering. Having made the vajra binding, The fingers are mutually facing each other, It becomes liberated from all pain, And there is no harm from all diseases. Having bound the eyes with the accomplished auspiciousness, Therefore, even the blind can see. 母三者生起事业，此时成就事业众摧毁，殊胜手印智慧身，欲义果实此为合乐，贪着二相受用故，善果事业大成就，拳头缚于心间者，彼说为女性手印也，女性交合无余者，无余一切皆成就，左手作沉没之状，右手于自心间，作向上伸直之状后，一切女性皆成自在，具德莲花执持众，左手击打之拳，与右手举起之成就，作佛自在之禅定，左手摇动铃铛发声响，右手之手，金刚杵向上举起而旋转，遣除一切幻化，左手置于腿上，右手之指，交合具咒之光彩，遣除不善之业，于自心间作牵引之状，左手执持珍宝摩尼，由右而彼圆满七珍宝，一切所愿皆圆满，于自心间作牵引之状，执持殊胜杂色莲花，右手以金刚杵之威严，将获得殊胜自在，以猛烈之事业调伏者，武器密咒剃刀也，内外损害毒害怨敌魔障等，化为灰烬亦束缚之，以五种武器之手印，调伏三界成胜者，形状与安乐交合等，普遍交合与牵引与迅速，布施与投掷与明亮，于一切清净之事业皆合用，以猛烈交合压伏之，幻轮交合具咒语者，以足伸展与压伏，屈曲而举起之姿势等，左右交合之大手印，将一切形相皆镇压，以无罪之威力于显现前，部族之坛城因果等，菩提彼岸等，与大天众一同镇压，与欢喜忧愁天女众一同，功德受用受用之，金刚精华摧毁他者，以遣除遍胜之威力，轮咒鬘手印等，以一切交合而嬉戏

From the three mothers, actions arise. At this time, the assembly of accomplishments destroys activities. The supreme hand seal is the wisdom body. This union is glorious with the fruit of desires. By enjoying the two forms of attachment, great accomplishments of good results are achieved. The fist bound at the heart is explained as the female hand seal. All female unions, without exception, are accomplished. The left hand is made in a sinking manner. The right hand is at one's own heart, made in an upward, straight manner. All women become empowered. Holding the glorious lotus of various kinds, the left hand is a striking fist, and the right hand is raised in accomplishment. Meditate on the samadhi of the Buddha's power. The left hand rings the bell, making sound. With the right hand, the vajra is raised upwards and rotated. All illusions are dispelled. The left hand is placed on the thigh. The finger of the right hand, with the radiance of the union mantra, eliminates non-virtuous actions. In the manner of drawing to one's own heart, the left hand holds the precious jewel. From the right, it perfects the seven precious jewels. All wishes are completely fulfilled. In the manner of drawing to one's own heart, hold the supreme lotus of various kinds. With the majestic vajra of the right hand, supreme power will be obtained. The weapon mantra razor, which subdues with fierce actions, binds even those who have become ashes, such as harmful poisons, enemies, and obstacles, both internal and external. With the hand seals of the five weapons, one becomes victorious, subduing the three realms. Shape and ease of union, universal union, attraction, and speed, scattering, throwing, and clarity, are applied to all pure actions. Subduing with fierce union, the mantra-endowed union of the illusion wheel, with postures such as extending and pressing the feet, bending and lifting, the great hand seal of right and left union, suppresses all forms. With sinless power, manifestly, the mandala of the family, cause and effect, such as the perfections of enlightenment, and the assembly of great deities are suppressed. The assembly of joyful and sorrowful goddesses, qualities, and enjoyments are enjoyed. The vajra essence destroys others. By the power of repelling complete victory, the wheel, mantra garland, hand seals, etc., are made joyful with all unions.
