做了之后，就用金刚之名来灌顶。如是说。以吉祥金刚萨埵等名号及迎请供养为前行，如自身一般结灌顶之手印。嗡，如是，我来授记，金刚萨埵如来。从诸恶趣中完全救度，是极度成办事业者。念诵“嘿，某某”即金刚如来悉地萨玛雅 札 普尔 普尔 巴 梭哈。（藏文：སིདྡྷི་ས་མ་ཡ་ཏྲཾ་བྷུར་བྷུར་བ་སྭཿ，梵文天城体：सिद्धि समय त्रं भुर भुर वा स्वाः，梵文罗马拟音：siddhi samaya traṃ bhura bhura vā svāḥ，汉语字面意思：成就 誓言 札 普尔 普尔 哇 梭哈）。为了不说话的信徒们在念诵之时，为了用暗语交流，为了容易明白暗语手印，所以宣说了涂抹头顶等。挑动右眉毛，是显示成就了于虚空中行走。左边是殊胜的极度胜利，是说成就最极殊胜。又，挑动左眼是说“是妙好女子”，右眼是显示“是妙好男子”。触碰右耳是说“是肉”，左耳是说“是酒”。压迫左下唇是说“是触碰安乐”。触碰喉咙是说“是一切分别念的殊胜，说一切分别念，是大乘无上”。心间向上提拉是向上提拉一切金刚。极度收摄轮回是说完全摄持不住于涅槃。触碰肚脐，是说精勤于女道，是**轮大轮坛城。所谓的自己的**，是说竖立男根，是安乐且安乐的，显示将会获得一切佛陀的菩提。右边是赞颂和勾招，左边是遣送。右肩完全拥抱是说一切成就，左边是说一切自在成就。右手握拳是得到兴旺之相，左手解开是唐辛巴。猛烈敲打左大腿是说对大欲极度精勤，右边是显示对法精勤。

Having done that, one should empower with the name of Vajra. Thus it is said. With names such as glorious Vajrasattva and with offerings of welcome as the preliminary, bind the mudra of empowerment as one's own self. Om, thus, I prophesy, Vajrasattva Tathagata. Completely liberate from all the evil realms, is the one who accomplishes deeds extremely. Recite "Hey, so-and-so" which is Vajra Tathagata siddhi samaya tram bhur bhur va svaha. (藏文：སིདྡྷི་ས་མ་ཡ་ཏྲཾ་བྷུར་བྷུར་བ་སྭཿ，梵文天城体：सिद्धि समय त्रं भुर भुर वा स्वाः，梵文罗马拟音：siddhi samaya traṃ bhura bhura vā svāḥ，汉语字面意思：Achievement, Vow, Tram, Bhur Bhur Va Svaha). Touching the navel, is saying to diligently cultivate the path of women, is the mandala of the great wheel of dharma. The so-called own **, is saying to erect the male organ, is bliss and bliss, showing that all the enlightenment of the Buddhas will be attained. The right is praise and summoning, the left is sending back. Completely embracing with the right shoulder is saying all is accomplished, the left is saying all mastery is accomplished. Holding the right hand in a fist is the manner of obtaining prosperity, the left hand unbinding is Tangsingpa. Violently striking the left thigh is saying to be extremely diligent in great desire, and the right shows diligence in the Dharma.
