That is the meaning of "all-doer." "Standing or sitting, walking or standing," this sentence states that there is no vow of sitting. "Wherever and in whatever way," this sentence states that there is no fixed measure of place. "Whatever sense," etc., whatever the nature of form, sound, smell, taste, touch, and dharma of any object, if it becomes the object of practice for the eye sense, etc., then it is to go on the path of the senses. That object and its nature should be combined with the nature of form. Likewise, sound should be combined with the sound of Vajrasattva, etc., smell should be combined with the smell of Vajrasattva, etc., taste should be combined with the taste of Vajrasattva, etc., touch should be combined with the touch of Vajrasattva, etc., and dharma should be combined with the dharma of Vajrasattva, etc. Thus, one should become one with the nature of that object. This is the nature of meditation on union without any other method. By generating it through the accomplishment of that union, then the nature of all the deities of the lineage is solely accomplished, thus it is connected. From what does that come? It is said, "All Buddhas, all things." That is, if one constantly and continuously meditates on the nature of all deities, all forms, etc., then one will achieve it excellently. How does one achieve it excellently? It is said, "All Buddhas," etc., connected with "become powerful." Among them, "All Buddhas are united" has already been explained. A summary of the meaning of contemplation. Whichever wise person reads with faith, that is, whichever [person] with the mantra Oṃ Ṭakkiṇi Hūṃ Jaḥ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:唵) 札格尼 吽 札 (藏文:ཊཀྐི་ནི་ཧཱུཾ་ཛཿ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思:), visualizes the body, speech, and mind of glorious Vajrasattva, etc., as vajra, and recites it with union without mental fabrication, then that wise person will be liberated from all obstacles, that is, after eliminating all obscurations, all siddhis will become powerful. Thus, various attachments, etc., have already been explained. "I am here" is definitive wisdom. "Essence" is the form of the tantra in which all Buddhas are united. "Great" is also that, "supreme" is also that, therefore it is called "great supreme." Bliss.

That which is called "Great Supreme Transformation Great Power" means to transform into great power. That which is called "All Supreme Sentient Being Arising" refers to glorious Vajrasattva and others as all supreme, and that which arises from this tantra is called arising. Therefore, the tantra of these is thus. Why is that? It is said, "Why always?" That is, the word "why" is the beginning of the vow. Why does this tantra always abide in all, bestowing the all-supreme earth dominion upon all realms of mind? That is, all supreme is also the earth, and it is that very thing. All earth is complete with lineage. By that dominion, that which is called dominion is the all-supreme earth dominion, that is, Vajradhara. Its very essence is the all-supreme earth dominion, that is to say, this tantra bestows upon practitioners, not only is it distinguished by these qualities, but also no one can completely perfect it. Then, it is said, "Limitless," and so on. This is limitless, because there is no limit. Solely because of its limitlessness, no one can say that this has no beginning or end. Therefore, because it has no beginning, it is unconquerable. There is no complete perfection. The word "again" is the meaning of certainty. It is solely unconquerable. The manner is also, that great one is also that very thing. That which is called manner is the meaning of the Dharmadhatu, the nature of the path of the Bodhisattva, which has fruits. What are these? It is said, "Of all the great, the great," that is, glorious Vajrasattva and others. All the deities of the lineages are the great among all the great. The tantra of these pervades like the sky, therefore it is equal to the sky. What work does it do? It is said, "Bestows the increase of supreme accomplishments," that is, glorious Vajrasattva and others are accomplishments. Its connection refers to arising without interruption, moment by moment, one after another. Because it bestows that, it is said, "Bestows the increase of supreme accomplishments." Therefore, by one who completely perfects this tantra, whoever
