So it is said. Explanation of the eighth chapter is completed. Ninth chapter. Explanation of the twenty-eight mudras, including the Great Seal. Oṃ. Having explained the limbs of practice for the initial practitioner, now, for the supreme yogi who has attained the signs and has some mastery over wisdom, the twenty-eight mudras, including the Great Seal, are taught as limbs for accomplishing worldly siddhis, the qualities of the six classes of beings, common siddhis, the eight qualities of the formless realms, and the eleven supreme siddhis. It is taught from "Then again, there is something to be explained," and so on. Who is the teacher of these twenty-eight limbs of practice? Where is the place? Who are the retinue and companions? When is the time? What is the sacred Dharma taught? From "Vajrasattva" to "great bliss," the teacher indicates. "The delight of the supreme secret" indicates the place. "All self-nature" indicates the retinue. "Always enters" indicates the time. "Attached to all bliss," and so on, indicates the Dharma. "All bliss" refers to the encouragement of the mandala deities. Because all siddhis are completely pure, if established by emptiness, great bliss is realized. What is that? It is "Vajrasattva, the best of bliss." It means the samadhi of meditating on bliss and emptiness. Having thus briefly indicated, the explanation expands: From "White like the moon, red essence body" to "Adorned with the sacred diadem," the body of Vajrasattva, the Great Seal, and the crest jewel are indicated. "Not another's wealth, not stolen." "Not another's wealth" refers to the skull cup. "Not stolen" means it is not needed by others. From "In the container of the skull cup, filled with the pure water of the deities" to "of that accomplished one," the verse indicates the water empowerment. Oṃ. The sign of empowerment is the diadem of skull cup garlands in the four directions, and the Buddha placed on the crown of the head. This is the empowerment to the throne of the wheel-turning king of the thirty-three worlds of the suffering world, the threefold thousand world system with afflictions. Vajrasattva uniting

From "ཡི།" onwards, ending with "མཁའ་འགྲོ་མ་ནི་ཐམས་ཅད་འགྲུབ།", this verse explains the state of Vajrasattva being surrounded by Dakinis. By empowering the beings to be tamed in the three realms of Buddha, Vajra, Padma, and Sun, they are made to be in control, and enjoying with ignorance, taken by absorption and then offered again, giving life, thus combining all actions with it. So, who does this? As it is said in the scripture, "If this mudra is stamped." It means that the body of Vajrasattva, the incarnation surrounded by Dakinis, through empowering the beings to be tamed, Vajrasattva will be completely accomplished. Vajrasattva with his feet, binding with mudras to accomplish siddhi, is explained as: "གཡས་དང་གཡོན་གྱི་སྦྱོར་བ་ཡིས།" As it is said, it is with the posture of a Bodhisattva in full lotus position. Starting from explaining the Mahamudra of Vajrasattva, to explaining the Mahamudra of the Four Mothers: starting from "ཟླ་བའི་ཁ་དོག་འཛུམ་པའི་ཞལ།", ending with "མི་མཇེད་ལ་སོགས་བརྒྱན་པ་བཞིན།", the above has been explained. Among them, the specific mudra of the Blissful Mother is a charming posture. Repelling is a courageous posture. Seizing is a terrifying posture. The special action is having the three postures of dance. It is said in the scripture, "With the mudra of embracing oneself, all limbs can be seized and accomplished." Through the practitioner's caressing and other actions, siddhi will be granted, that is, holding a bow and arrow. Starting from "རྣམ་པ་སྣ་ཚོགས་ཞེས་པ་ནས།", ending with "རོལ་པ་ཞེས་བྱའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་བཞིན།", the above shows the wonderful bliss-void mother mudra of embracing oneself and the lingam. Starting from "སེ་རལ་ཁ་ཡི་ཚུལ་དག་ཏུ།", ending with "བདེ་མཆོག་གྲོལ་པའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱའོ།".
