For the sake of accomplishing the noble Dharma's kingdom, it is an auspicious circumstance. Those disciples who are not in harmony with this, those who dwell in worldly asceticism, are not even fully attached to their own sons, and are devoid of the stream of compassion, not focusing on other beings, therefore it is an inauspicious circumstance. The excellent horse, through the power of fierce taming, gathers all the kingdoms of the world and beyond, leading all beings onto the path of liberation, it is an auspicious circumstance. The great god's wondrous sages, abandoning all sensual pleasures, and because they do not understand the selflessness of suchness, cling to the extreme of permanence, therefore it is a circumstance of remembrance. The Vajra masters who act through the gate of ease, accomplish the path of ease, and clearly illuminate the purity of the blissful result, therefore it is an auspicious circumstance. Disciples who are not in harmony with this are those who hold evil views and hate the samaya. Now, in order to explain the benefit of knowing the secret meaning, the secret meaning is reality itself. By clearly knowing this, like the teachings of all Buddhas, one will accomplish all Buddhas. The meaning of empowerment obtained by relying on the image mandala, and the meaning of giving samaya, Ah! Clearly knowing the meaning of practice, and practicing accordingly, one will achieve the ultimate result. Therefore, the first two lines indicate the basis, the third indicates the path, and the fourth indicates the fruit, so this should also be understood as a common characteristic. Now, in order to indicate the way of entering, Always abiding with the teacher, when entering the mandala, and so on, two verses are spoken. The Vajra master who possesses perfect qualities must lead disciples and others into activities and actions, but not others. Regarding qualities, it is said in the root tantra: Possessing the wisdom of striving for the benefit of others, the nature manifests accumulating, common and special empowerments obtained, anyone with qualities and talents, mandala mudra samadhi mantra, summoning offering activity protection great, gathering sending back requesting, those ten and so on activities.

Kha. Especially through the order of activities, it clearly indicates the goal of vast sentient beings. Like the ocean, Mount Sumeru, a treasure, the sky, and the earth, it abides like gold. Thus and so on. Those who possess such qualities may enter the great mandala of secret mantras. Disciples who wish to enter subsequently and possess qualities should be admitted. As stated in the Seventh Chapter: They speak softly and pleasantly, possess faith, diligence, wisdom, and intelligence, are diligent in the activities of listening, contemplating, and meditating, have loving-kindness towards all sentient beings, abide in loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity, are single-mindedly delighted in the mandala, tantras, the guru, and the profound Dharma, are fearless towards all treatises, and are steadfastly seeking enlightenment. Thus and so on. These should be taken. As explained in the mandala ritual, purify with water from a vase, make offerings, cover the face, hold a rosary and generate bodhicitta, engage in questions and answers, take refuge, make supplications, and re-enter.

Having known it yourself, acting and behaving according to its meaning, one will achieve the supreme unchangeable state. Regarding the order of offerings: To all kinds of various lamas, one should definitely offer the most excellent offerings. Thus, nine verses were spoken. First, one should please the state where glorious Vajrasattva and the Vajra Master abide inseparably. One should please them with things that one is stingy with and very difficult to give away, as well as things that one cherishes in one's heart, and special kinds of objects. Why? Because one wants to obtain its inexhaustible meaning. Can one accomplish everything? Because one is non-dual with all kinds of various Vajra Holders, from the similarity of body, speech, and mind, it is a path of benefit, and it is even more excellent. Therefore, one must definitely offer the most excellent offerings. Alternatively, making their minds rejoice and doing whatever they desire, or doing whatever pleases their hearts, even small things can become great, because this is the most excellent offering. If a disciple has various excellent objects, but offers the bad, inferior, and unnecessary things to the Vajra Master, then one will fall due to the action of contempt, constantly circling on the path of suffering, experiencing unpleasant results. Therefore, the qualities of the Vajra Master, and the results of serving him with respect, cannot be measured, and similarly, disrespecting him and accumulating bad deeds, are also immeasurable. Therefore, in the Net of Illusion of Vairocana, it says: For a while, first of all, the accomplishment is, following the teacher, if there is no teacher, then one will not attain accomplishment, therefore, the characteristics of the teacher are explained: stable, gentle, and intelligent, possessing patience, upright, and without deceit, knowing the practice of the secret mantra tantra, diligent in the activities of the mandala, bestowing fearlessness to all sentient beings, delighting in the Great Vehicle, and fully knowing these ten qualities, then he is said to be the teacher. By offering them excellently, one will achieve Buddhahood and enlightenment, whoever
