Yogis and their retinues dwell in the Eight Tree Grove, Clouds and stupas, self-arisen gatherings of dakinis, Corpses arise, flesh-eating spirits constantly reside, Corpses, birds, dogs, and jackals are mixed together. At that time, the arrogant assembly of dakini deities, Appears as a charnel ground like Jambudvipa, Outside, wish-fulfilling vases, banners, and ponds, Are adorned with desirable enjoyments. Thus it is said. Furthermore, the Root Tantra says: The square one has four doors, With perfect measurements, equally divided, Adorned with a fence of yogi garlands, Embellished with eight horse stables, The central hall is of one measure, Eight excellent pillars and beams, Adorned with garlands of their respective names, Precious vajras and other ornaments blaze. Thus it is. Now, in order to show the distinctions such as the shapes of other family wheels, The mandala is round, belonging to the Buddha, Like the half-moon of the Vajra Holder, The lotus of power is lotus-shaped, The supreme jewel is jewel-shaped. The inner dimension of the mandala of Buddha Vairochana Is an eight-spoked wheel, with an outer circumference of a garland of wheels, And surrounded in the manner of an eight-sectioned wheel. The shape of the mandala of Vajra Heruka is like the shape of the wind mandala, a crescent moon, With red facing east, the center divided into nine parts, The inner palace has doors and is surrounded by a garland of blue vajras. The lotus wheel of Padma Garwang is surrounded by a garland of lotuses, And a garland of eight sections in the manner of a wheel. Vajra Sun is a precious eight-sided shape, with the center divided into nine sections, Surrounded by a garland of yellow jewels. The clear distinctions of their names are shown in the meaning explained in the Root Tantra, As shown in the accomplishment methods and in the Condensed Contemplation, therefore there is no doubt. As desired, whatever is available, At whatever time and whatever is comfortable, The glory of the mandala is clear in all, The Horse King's mudra is a vajra. The Horse King is the master of the activities of all families, He enjoys all the places of the mandala and all the goddesses, pacifying, increasing, and subjugating.

The four fierce means of taming disciples should be practiced according to one's wishes and with abundant resources. That is to say, after knowing the time and actions of each activity, in order to draw the mandala of the wish-fulfilling horse, any wheel should be surrounded by various self-nature symbols with vajras. Thus, half of the mandala should be painted with the common rituals of all families, accumulating the materials of colors, generating the deity and pleasing the non-dual ones, drawing the five colors and red in the order of colors, and offering and inserting them, making the colors auspicious, and observing the omens of good and bad colors. Then, the symbols of each family should be established, which will be described below. This is to show the incompatible things to be abandoned by the practitioner. Those who have not entered all mandalas, who have abandoned their vows, and who do not know the secret correctly, will not accomplish any practice. First, those who do not possess the characteristics of the support, and who have not pleased the excellent guru, have not entered the mandala of the deity, have not received the empowerment well, do not abide by the vows, and do not know the meaning of the secret correctly, will be tired of all practices and will not achieve the fruit. Furthermore, the person who relies on it should abide by the common precepts, not hide sentient beings, nor abandon the Three Jewels, nor abandon the Bodhicitta, nor abandon the virtuous teacher. These are the precepts of all vehicles, and in addition, the Great Vehicle, the Unsurpassed Secret Sutra, especially needs to protect the precepts, the ten directions and the six realms.

If vows are violated, the root of virtue will be severed, and the fruits of enlightenment will wither. Abandoning the teacher Kalavinka, one will be separated from the guiding ophthalmologist, lose the intelligence of wisdom, and the sprouts of good qualities will not grow. Therefore, these vows should not be transgressed. Furthermore, in order to show the distinction between the good and bad fortune of the dependent person, seven verses were spoken, such as "All kinds of good fortune, I achieve myself, therefore good fortune." First, the glorious Vajrasattva subdues all dharmas and accomplishes the self-nature of the self, abiding as the essence of the great bliss of bodhicitta, therefore he is of good fortune. The disciples who are not in harmony with this are those who abide in the Bodhisattva Vehicle and gradually practice the stages of the grounds and paths. They abandon bodhicitta and abide in the dharma of selflessness, and because they are separated from the nature of great bliss, they are of bad fortune. Buddha Vairochana, through the gate of not being separated from the two kinds of attachment, places all beings of the three realms on the unsurpassed path of enlightenment, therefore he is of good fortune. The disciples who are not in harmony with this are those who practice the path of nirvana of one taste of peace, and abandon all things of samsara, therefore they are of bad fortune. The glorious Heruka, through all the gates of discrimination, subdues the prideful ones of the path of hatred.
