Through the door of conduct, bestowing supreme accomplishments and perfecting the sacred realm, thus is the Bhagavan. Furthermore, through the door of the fruits of various activities: The means of taming are various. Various ones delight in being tamed. All-seeing, powerful, victorious Avalokiteśvara. Lotus ༄. Transformed into the mastery of dance. In the manner of beings, for the sake of taming, with various forms and appearances, with many faces and hands, and showing many images of light from the body. Moreover, in the ninth chapter, it is said: With various methods of dance, completely transforming and dancing, the supreme name of the lotus becomes lotus, the eight hands turn the Dharma wheel. And so forth, holding all the supreme forms of the Tathagatas and so on. Therefore, whoever possesses the attitude of all-seeing is called such. So, from where does the nature of these various activities arise, and what is it like? The lotus, the king of illusion, united, the Ḍākinī, the illusion, the supreme bliss, the nature of the indivisibility of the sphere and wisdom, arising from skillful means and wisdom, that itself is the characteristic of the indivisibility of the three bodies. The appearance of that, the maṇḍalas of the deities of the lotus family, are sufficient as the illusion of the Ḍākinīs. Furthermore, in order to show the vast deeds through the door of various activities, glorious Padma Garwang and so on, all the unsurpassed thoughts, with the expanse of space as the limit, purify the realms of sentient beings.

The meaning of taming the breath is explained separately. Now, in order to subdue the general types of afflictions and the particular beings who are extremely stingy due to craving and attachment, and being fierce and cruel, it appears from the wisdom of individual discernment, and the manner in which the glorious Vajra Sun tames the precious family of qualities of all Tathagatas is taught. Among them, the first is the time of contemplation: In the past, in the past, the great self-existent one was constant. In the time of the non-abiding kalpa, a Buddha named Glory of the Sun appeared in the world. In his teachings, a monk named Wealthy misused the meaning of the command. Being distracted by the waters of afflictions, he wandered in the three lower realms. Having been liberated from that, he was born as an arrogant and stingy person. As an antidote to tame him, from the body of the great Vajradhara himself, various manifestations of the mandala of the glorious Vajra Sun were spoken. What is the cause? It comes from the great self-existent constant one. Its general characteristic is: In the scriptures of the Tathagata, the behavior of beings occurred in the past. The common characteristics of those to be tamed and those who tame are that karma and compassion are connected by means of misusing what is taught and using what is taught as it is. Among them, what is the characteristic of the object from which compassion arises? At that time, all sentient beings became extremely fierce and dry. Etc., two verses were spoken. At the time of the non-abiding kalpa itself, the common beings who were deceived by the gods of demons and demonic hosts, especially the groups, became extremely fierce in body, extremely dry in speech, and extremely stingy in mind. They fell into the hell of the hungry ghosts and Yama, and lived there for a long time. Having been liberated from that due to the exhaustion of karma, they became extremely poor in the human realm, afflicted, and tormented by the suffering of hunger and thirst. They killed each other. When their karma was exhausted, they became a Rakshasa of the hungry ghosts, named Arrogant and Stingy, taking the lives of all living beings and destroying the world.
