སྟན་པའོ། །ད་ནི་རྗེས་འཇུག་གི་དབང་དུ་བྱས་ཏེ་བསྒོམ་ཞིང་བསྒྲུབས་པ་ལས་བྱུང་བའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཀྱི་ཚུལ་བསྟན་ཏེ། སྐུ་ནི་ལྟ་བས་མི་ངོམས་པ། །ཐམས་ཅད་བདག་ཉིད་བསྟན་ནས་ཀྱང༌། །ལེགས་སོ་ཞེས་ནི་གྲུབ་པ་ཡི། །མཆོག་རྣམས་ཀུན་ནི་རབ་སྦྱིན་མཛད། །རང་གི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་མཚན་དང་དཔེ་བྱད་ཀྱིས་བརྒྱན་པ་ལྟ་བས་མི་ངོམས་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན་གྱི་ཚོགས་བསྟན་ཏེ། ལེགས་སོ་ཞེས་པ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་གསུང་སྒྲོགས་ཤིང་ལུང་སྟོན་པ་དང་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཀྱི་མཆོག་སྦྱིན་པར་མཛད་དོ། །དེ་ཉིད་ཚུལ་ཇི་ལྟར་ཞེ་ན། ཐམས་ཅད་བདག་ཉིད་གྲུབ་དགའ་དང༌། བསམ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས། །སངས་རྒྱས་གྲུབ་པའི་མཆོག་ཀུན་དང༌། རྣལ་འབྱོར་དམ་པའང་སྦྱིན་པར་མཛད། །འཇིག་རྟེན་པའི་ཐུན་མོང་གི་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་བདག་ཉིད་ཇི་ལྟར་གྲུབ་པ་དགའ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་འབྱུང་ཞིང༌། །བསམ་པའི་ལས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པར་བྱེད་པ་དང༌། མཆོག་གི་དངོས་གྲུབ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་དང༌། ཐུགས་བདེ་བ་ཆེན་པོའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་རྣལ་འབྱོར་དམ་པའང་སྦྱིན་པར་མཛད་པའོ། །དེ་དག་གིས་ནི་འབྲས་བུ་ལ་བྲོད་པ་བསྐྱེད་པའི་ཚུལ་དུ་རྗེས་སུ་འཇུག་པ་པོའི་གང་ཟག་གིས་གཞུང་བཞིན་དུ་བསྒྲུབས་པའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐོབ་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན་བསྟན་པའོ། །ད་ནི་ཉམས་སུ་བླང་བའི་ཐབས་བསྟན་ཏེ། དེ་ནས་དེ་ཡི་སྒྲུབ་པ་དང༌། ཤིན་ཏུ་རྟག་པའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་དག །གང་གིས་སྲིད་པ་འདི་ཉིད་ལ། དངོས་གྲུབ་ཤིན་ཏུ་རྟག་ཐོབ་བཤད། །དེ་ནས་ཐུང་ངུའི་སྒྲ་དེ་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་འགྱུར་ལ་རིང་པོའི་སྒྲས་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཀྱི་ཚིག་ཏུ་འགྱུར་ཏེ། དེ་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་སྒྲུབ་པའི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཀྱི་དོན་ཏོ། །དངོས་གྲུབ་རྣམ་པ་གཉིས་ལས་བྱུང་བའི་འབྲས་བུའོ། །དེ་འགྲུབ་པར་བྱེད་པའི་ཐབས་ནི་བསྙེན་སྒྲུབ་ཡན་ལག་བཞི་ལ་སོགས་པའི་ཆོ་གའི་ ༄། །རིམ་པའོ། །དེས་ནི་སྲིད་པ་འདི་ཉིད་ལ་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་ལ་སྤྱོད་པར་བྱེད་པའོ། །བསྙེན་སྒྲུབ་ཀྱི་རྗེས་སུ་འགྲོ་བའི་ཆོ་ག་ནི། རྡོ་རྗེ་སེ་གོལ་གཏོགས་པ་ཡིས། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་བསྡུ་བར་བྱ། །ཐལ་མོ་ལེགས་པར་སྦྱར་བ་ཡིས། །ཐལ་མོ་ལན་གསུམ་རྣམ་པར་བརྡབ། །སྦྱོར་བ་དང་ལྡན་པས་ལྕེ་ལག་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་སྔོན་དུ་འགྲོ་བའི་ཚུལ་གྱིས། རྡོ་རྗེ་སེ་གོལ་ལན་གསུམ་གཏོགས་ཤིང་བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿའི་སྔགས་བརྗོད་པས་ནི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་རྣམས་བསྡུས་ཤིང་བྱོན་པར་འགྱུར་ལ། སླར་གཤེགས་སུ་གསོལ་བའི་དུས་སུ་དགྱེས་པའི་ཐལ་མོ་ལན་གསུམ་བརྡ

垫竟。现在讲述随行者通过禅修和实修而获得的成就之方式：身躯百看不厌，示现一切自性后，赞叹“善哉”，赐予一切殊胜成就。自身坛城以妙相好庄严，示现百看不厌的功德聚，宣说“善哉”等语，授记并赐予殊胜成就。其方式如何呢？一切自性成就皆大欢喜，一切愿望皆得圆满。赐予成就之殊胜，即佛之身、语、意大乐智慧，以及殊胜瑜伽。这些是为了以生起对果的渴望之方式，来显示随行者如法实修后获得成就之功德。现在讲述修持之方法：此后，通过此实修，获得极稳固之成就。无论谁在此世间，宣说获得极稳固之成就。此后，短音表示立即，长音表示吉祥之语。意为立即实修之吉祥。是两种成就所生的果。成就此果之方法，是念诵、实修四支等仪轨之次第。由此，在此世间享用大手印之成就。随行念诵实修之仪轨是：以金刚铃杵摇动，召集一切佛。双手合掌，拍掌三次。以具足方便，加持舌手等先行之方式，摇动金刚铃杵三次，念诵班杂萨玛扎（藏文：བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ，梵文天城体：वज्रसमाजः，梵文罗马拟音：vajra samājaḥ，汉语字面意思：金刚集），则召集一切智慧坛城并降临。再次祈请返回时，拍三次欢喜之掌。

That's the end of the cushion. Now, the way of attaining accomplishments through meditation and practice by followers is shown: The body is never tired of seeing, and after showing all self-nature, praise "Excellent," and bestow all supreme accomplishments. One's own mandala is adorned with marks and examples, showing the collection of qualities that one never tires of seeing. Announcing words such as "Excellent," prophesying, and bestowing the supreme accomplishment. How is that? All self-nature accomplishments are joyful, and all wishes are completely fulfilled. The supreme accomplishment of enlightenment, the body of the Buddha, and the wisdom of great bliss, the supreme yoga, are also bestowed. These are to show the merits of attaining accomplishments after a follower practices according to the scriptures in a way that generates desire for the fruit. Now, the method of practice is shown: Then, through that practice, one obtains a very stable accomplishment. Whoever in this world speaks of obtaining a very stable accomplishment. Then, the short sound means immediately, and the long sound means auspicious words. It means the auspiciousness of immediate practice. It is the fruit of the two kinds of accomplishments. The method to accomplish this is the order of rituals such as recitation and the four branches of practice. By this, one enjoys the accomplishment of Mahamudra in this world. The ritual that follows recitation and practice is: By ringing the vajra bell and vajra, all Buddhas are gathered. With palms together, clap three times. With the method of blessing the tongue and hands with skillful means, ring the vajra bell and vajra three times, and reciting the mantra Vajra Samāja (藏文：བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ，梵文天城体：वज्रसमाजः，梵文罗马拟音：vajra samājaḥ，汉语字面意思：Diamond Assembly), all wisdom mandalas are gathered and descend. When requesting to return again, clap three times with joyful palms.
