Visualizing the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) syllable and the other three syllables dissolving by the intermediate light, together with the inseparable Aṃ (Tibetan: ཨཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अं, Sanskrit Romanization: aṃ, Chinese literal meaning: ཨཾ) syllable, transforming into a bindu of co-emergent bliss nature, contemplate the hero, and with faith, perfect the contemplation. Then, from that, one should look at it as if a subtle, blazing line of light is present. By that power, the hero is honored by being filled with dripping nectar, and that line of light also becomes cool. Then, with certainty of mind towards the hero, one should look at it in such a way that the signs are closely focused until stability of mind is attained. When stability is closely indicated, one should think that the appearance of that line of light makes various things clear, and one should see everything like an amalaka fruit in the palm of one's hand. All samādhis should also be quickly perfected, this is called bindu yoga. One should also contemplate the distinctions of fierce fire as in the instructions and as one believes. Because mantra recitation is accomplishment, the recitation should be spoken. ༄། །Thereupon, through contemplation for protection, this root mantra should be recited: Oṃ Hrīḥ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Hrīḥ) Buddha Hūṃ Kapālinī Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Āḥ). The order of this recitation is that when the breath of the nostrils enters the bindu described immediately as residing in the navel, Oṃ arises from the nostrils, Hrīḥ. Residing in the bindu is Buddha. In bliss is Hūṃ. In cessation is Kapālinī. Arising from the bindu is Āḥ, this is called the recitation of the limbs is vajra recitation. Subtle yoga should also be understood in this way. Oṃ Buddha Kapālinī Āḥ Hi He Hūṃ Phaṭ (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: Phaṭ) is the heart mantra. Oṃ Buddha Kapālinī Vajreṇāṃ Hau Durjaya Duralaśe Hūṃ Phaṭ is the near-heart mantra. On these, reciting whatever activity mantra is desired, at the time of rising, the torma of all beings. Oṃ Buddha Kapāla Vajre Citre Sucatre Alaṃ Bale Prīṇaya Sarva Bhūtāna. Māraya Sarva Mārāna. Kīlaya Sarva Duṣṭāna. Ucācāya Sarva Vighnāna. Vitrāpaya Bho Bhagavati Yakṣa Sapiśācāna. Śoṣaya Tāṭaya Sapta Pātāla Gatāna. Sara Sara. Prasara Prasara Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ Phaṭ, empower with this mantra. All this merit is for the sake of unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment, and for the accomplishment of the desired siddhis.
