This refers to at the time of intercourse with these, mouth-to-mouth intercourse, making the two organs reach equilibrium, then taking the bodhicitta, and mixing it with the particles. This refers to the name of the medicine for the dirt of these eyes being called "young woman," the name of the medicine is called the name of the young woman. There is no doubt about this. This refers to the medicine moisturizing the body and making it firm. That substance that comes from the lotus. This refers to the particles of women, meaning blood. Very black inside the veins. This refers to the demon that exists in the emptiness of the veins.

It is said to mix ghee, that is, to mix the essence of the pulse and the essence of the lotus, that medicine is correctly said to be the skull mother. These five medicines are spoken of in the Buddha's skull tantra. With the union of the moon and sun. It means when the white particle flows in the right nostril, it should be inserted into the nostril, and when the black particle flows in the left nostril, it should be inserted into the nostril. If these are done with union, then as it is said, it will undoubtedly be realized here. It is said to give the moon to the moon. The moon is bodhicitta, it should be given in the left nostril. ༄. It is said to give the sun to the sun. That is, it should be poured into the right nostril of the wisdom mother. That body's white hair and wrinkles disappear. It means the body's, that is, the white hair on the head disappears and becomes soft. The meaning of wrinkles disappearing is without wrinkles.
