The so-called "Ta" refers to the last letter "Ha" of the group. It and the long sound of "U" and the dot, that is, the sound of the dot together, the wind of the letter Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,seed syllable) should be placed in the heart. The so-called "inhaling" means inhaling air with the secret mantra letter Āḥ (ཨཱཿ,āḥ,seed syllable). The so-called "Yogi" refers to someone who is very happy with meditation. Completely abandon existence and non-existence. ༄། །The so-called "like this" means that all the natures that are distinguished, that is, existence and non-existence, should be meditated on as being separate from them. It is also said that whatever the vein of air is, that is the glorious teacher. Its function is: meditation that is done in this way. The so-called "not said" means that the determination of place, time, and appearance has not been said. The so-called "no rosary" means no crystal or other rosary. The so-called "no mantra" refers to the mantra spoken inside and outside. The so-called "grasping" is what the mind grasps inside and outside. The so-called "no fire offering" refers to the fire offering inside and outside. The so-called "one turns into one" means that many karmas, and others, will naturally transform. The so-called "mantra" refers to the mantra such as Oṃ (ཨོཾ,oṃ,seed syllable) placed in the six places such as the eyes. The so-called "form" refers to the form that will appear below, possessing the nature of color, shape, hand, and face. The so-called "Dharma" refers to the nature itself that is liberated from all distinctions. The so-called "union" refers to the nature of wisdom and means. The so-called "three" refers to the nature of the three. The so-called "should be known" means pursuing meaning in order to manifest the benefit of oneself and others. It is said that the eyes and so on are mantras, the form is the form of the deity, the formless body is the nature of Dharma, this is the three meditations. So it is said. It is also said: Then everything is union, the three should be practiced in sequence, the nature of mantra and form and Dharma, is Dharma and enjoyment and manifestation. So it is said. If you ask: What will the non-elaborate meditation become in three ways? It is said: The so-called "existence" and so on, arises from attachment to karma and afflictions, so it is existence, that is, mind. Its determination is immeasurable knowledge.

, as well as the characteristics of the obscurations of knowable things, afflictions, karma, and birth. The so-called "untainted" means that one will not be born again in the future. Moreover, It is said: "The aggregates are purified by wisdom, the yogini purifies the elements, the purification of the eyes and so on is purification, and it is without fault by the three wisdoms." Others say that the so-called "mantra" is the manifestation of the body through mantras such as Āli Kāli, and another distinction in name is the Sambhogakāya. The so-called "form" is to be understood as it will be explained below, such as "to contemplate the lotus with the mind," and another name for it is the Nirmāṇakāya. The so-called "dharma" is "located in the center of the navel," etc., which is the Dharmakāya. Moreover, "The four wheels of Āli Kāli are visualized as the body of mantra, all forms and so on are completely pure, made into the form of Heruka, well practiced with the instructions of the guru, and visualized as the Dharmakāya." This is a summary. The so-called "union" is union because of this union, and it is the nature of wisdom and means. The so-called "three" are three distinctions, namely the characteristics of the Dharmakāya, Sambhogakāya, and Nirmāṇakāya. "With the three wisdoms" means union, that is, with the very wisdom of the three unions. The so-called "existence" is the cycle of the nature of reversal. The so-called "fault" is that the body, purity, and mind make it disgusting, so it is afflictions such as desire along with habitual tendencies. The so-called "unchanging defilement" means that it will not be touched by even a speck of dust, nor will it be bound. Moreover, first the yogi should visualize the Nirmāṇakāya, and after becoming stable in the Nirmāṇakāya, steadily visualize the Sambhogakāya, the Nirmāṇakāya is stable, and it is merely the appearance of the Sambhogakāya, then the Dharmakāya has no object of focus, this is the summary of the sutra. Thus it is said. The so-called "thus" is the method of visualization mentioned above. The so-called "constantly" means at all times and places. The so-called "yoga" is being skilled in the activities of all dharmas. The so-called "always" means all times.
