It means to bend. Agazarchen and Porchen, the violent one and the entangled one, the hard one and the fierce one, the rain-bringer and the full one. These cloud kings should be understood in order as the outer mandala. To clarify this, it is said: How to place the east, etc., should be understood as the color of the directions. It is said that all this should be done by the yogi who prides himself on Vajra Dakini. In the center is Vajra Dakini, sitting on a lotus seat, etc. Snakes entwine the lotus, combining on the illusory seat. By the command of Vajra Dakini, the eight nagas should command the great king of clouds, and so on. To clarify this: Yogic wisdom has been revealed, it is the nature of wisdom dakini. So it is said. Om Bhur Tah Svaha. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བྷུར་ཏཿ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanized: oṃ bhūr taḥ svāhā, Chinese literal meaning: Om, existence, Svaha.) This is the mantra of near practice, etc. Om Vasuki Hum Svaha. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བ་སུ་ཀི་ཧཱུཾ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanized: oṃ vasuki hūṃ svāhā, Chinese literal meaning: Om, Vasuki, Hum, Svaha.) Just as this, it should also be applied to Ta, etc. Om Gili Gili Barsha Barisha Paya Hum Hum Hum Ho Ho Ho Tha Tha Tha Svaha. This is the mantra of the eight great cloud kings. Om Vajra Takrini Barsha Hum Bhur Tah Svaha. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཏ་ཀྲི་ནི་བར་ཤ་ཧཱུཾ་བྷུར་ཏཿ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanized: oṃ vajra ta krini barśa hūṃ bhūr taḥ svāhā, Chinese literal meaning: Om, Vajra, Ta, Krini, Barsha, Hum, existence, Svaha.) This is the root mantra of recitation. These are the mantras of the son of wealth increase, etc. It is said that all this should be done only by the yogi who has obtained the sign. Furthermore, the signs of the messenger should be shown, etc., it is there. A squint eye is an eye that is slightly crooked. How to examine the two causes of my messenger? Just like the messenger, one should also completely examine oneself, that is the meaning. These are the second chapter of the commentary on the glorious four seats. Commentary on the third chapter of my seat. If the mind of enlightenment is not born, then mantras, etc., will not become accomplishments, so it is thought, the Bhagavan is the distinction of yogic diligence. With "Who will practice the mantra," etc., the third chapter of the mind of enlightenment begins. First contemplate emptiness, etc.

English

It is said that all dharmas are without inherent existence. Form is emptiness, and so on, from the beginning. As many as eighteen are the realms of mind. These are the realm of mind, the realm of dharmas, and the realm of consciousness of mind. Likewise, these should also be applied to the eye and so on. The realm of form itself is empty means that form is empty by its very nature. Similarly, "sound also" means that sound and so on should also be understood, and so on. The mind should be contemplated as dissolving into the sky, which means that the mind should be meditated upon as being like the sky. It is said: In the center of the sky there is no self, and in the center of the self, one makes the sky. Knowing these two to be inseparable, whoever sees this is liberated. The three realms refer to the desire realm, the form realm, and the formless realm. Seeing in its center means that "in it" refers to emptiness. The cause of thoroughly examining it means that one should thoroughly examine the signs of desire and non-desire that have been spoken of. "By burning with fire, it is pacified," and so on, by these, the signs of peace have been spoken of. Accumulating particles increases it, and in this, "particles" refers to extremely small particles. Then, combination arises, such as the mind of sprouts, and so on, by these, it is said that one enjoys the fruit of the signs. One should examine the objects of knowledge, which means that one should know it from the oral instructions of the guru. This treatise wishes to clarify only suchness, therefore it is said: "Killing father and mother," and so on, in which father is ignorance and mother is craving. The king is pride. The pure Brahmin refers to the ear sense and so on. The country refers to the five aggregates. The wanderer refers to the consciousness of discrimination. "Killing" means that only with the sword of wisdom can one hide them, and so on. This concludes the explanation of the third chapter of "My Seat" from the Glorious Four-Seater. Explanation of the Fourth Chapter of "My Seat." Thus, if a yogi does not have great attachment to suchness, the accomplishment of actions will not change, therefore there is the union of the deity, and darkness.
